Canning Banana Peppers
1 lb. Sweet or hot banana peppers
3 cups cider Vinegar
2 cups water
3 tsp. Pickling salt
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp mustard seed optional
1 1/2 tbsp celery seed optional.
Sterilize jars. Cut peppers. Place vinegar, water and pickling salt in saucepan until boiling.
Fill each jar with 1/2 clove garlic and seeds are optional. Add pepper slices to jar leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Ladle hot liquid in to jars to cover peppers. Remove air bubbles. Process 10 minutes for pints or half pints in hot Water-bath.

I never noticed....but look on the brightside. It's not like having your skirt tucked I to your pantyhose or toilet paper on your shoe......good laugh. We've all done the same or worse. My girlfriend went to graduation with a baby shoe and a black shoe. Her date thought it was a new fad😂
