- Corn Harvest is here!!! In the harvest promo trailer, Matt said they were more prepared than they ever had been before. But when Matt, Kelly, and Andy get to the field, unforeseen problems pop up before they harvest their first ear of corn, leading to an epic parts run to Ohio to get their equipment back up and running. This is funny,Apple's is our caseih dealer for 40 years. They are a great dealer. Maybe I'll see you there sometime.
Hi Matt, We use to run the header a little higher in nice standing corn just under the ears to help with header loss. It seemed to shorten the time bouncing around on the gathering chains and went up the feeder housing smoother and faster. Just a thought.
Northwest Ohio is well maintained and well kept your right it's not junked up or weeds grown-up, the little towns and farms are beautiful. To bad I live in Southern Ohio 😢

Live about 6 miles from apples farm service and have been using them since in the 70s there parts department is top-notch also thanks for compliments on our beautiful country side we are very proud of our community

I’ve had about your same luck. Got 20 ft into my first pass and blew a hydraulic hose under the cab of our JD 6620 and none of our local parts stores had anyone smart enough to make one.

Apple farm service in Covington is a great dealer to do business with. Wish I could say the same about there other locations though

The thing I hated the most was breakdowns. Nothing like an alternator going bad on a Sunday with no parts stores open.

So can you dry your corn fine at 21.5% with no dryer? We are close to bowling green ky and I get nervous over 18%.
