Hey Westin great job on the TAS! Dumb question but is the slow barrel roll before the boss battle humanly possible? If so do you know the inputs off hand? I want to show off to one of my friends 😂
I just found your channel and I’m in complete disbelief. Been playing and uploading for almost 20 years now and haven’t been so amazed. I will say, I’ve preached for years that we have NOT done enough experimenting with somersaults in this game, and this video proves the potential
@@rafinha4504 Not really. “A speedrun or playthrough composed of precise inputs recorded with tools such as video game emulators” - Wikipedia In a layman’s terms, you are able to play the game between frames. Like how this guy pressed the fire button for each frame.
@@CrasherX2000 the youtuber would actually be pressing the A button on the TAS for every second frame since if it was for every consecutive frame then the game would treat the action as a held A press (charging a shot)
I can't even believe what I just watched this just broke my brain. Is this an emulation or original hardware? Is the controller modded? I have questions...
You’ll see the term TAS in the title. It stands for tool assisted speedrun. We spend weeks or even months crafting the perfect inputs, and the video is the result of those inputs played back in real time.
Are you able to teach Aquas from Sector Y if you don't have you crew present at the core points? When I didn't have them and/or chose differently at some parts I was always forced for Kantina.
That bogey on slippy's tail is arguably stronger than star wolf
10/10 boss fight
