Great video Karen. I find you that the air fryer doesn’t dry meat out as much as a traditional oven does and actually cook a gammon joint at least once a month and change the glaze I use. Thank you for returning to the weekly/twice weekly posts. 💜👏🏻
That was real interesting I didn't know that gammon was a raw meat I thought it was just like our ham. Very interesting and very delicious looking yum😊

When I moved to the states I bought Ham thinking it would be like gammon - quickly realised it wasn't lol x
Im not sure why you would keep the plastic on when boiling, surely youd take that off.
Good point - I always thought it was to hold it together - a bit like the string around a roasting joint. I think I do because my Mum did lol.
