Wow, that must have been frightening and confusing at times. I'm so glad you're in a better place and can look back with a smile.

As someone who also struggles with terrible mental illness it’s nice to see you smile despite your struggles

It's so good to hear you had some good voices too. You are completely different now from what you describe it was like before, and it's nice to see you live a pretty normal life.

Hello! I am a therapist from the USA. I just want to thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and brave personal story. You're helping me to increase empathy and understanding, and I think this is a resource that will help lots of other people feel less alone and more understood. Thank you!

    hello Yutaka!
i'm glad you had a nice dinner with your mother! thank you for opening up about this experience. people tend to be unkind to those in severe situations out in public, i notice that here in America too.
the positive voices you describe sound very reassuring at least! though it would be very hard to find a pastor here that's fluent in Japanese, haha. you describing your journey as a pilgrimage resonates with me. it feels so much like the journey of self-actualization, or maybe self-determination is a better word. i spoke with my own mother on the phone some time ago, frustrated that i only realized myself as my own person so late in life after spending so much time confused. i said, "i wish i could have told myself the answer ahead of time and spared myself the pain." she told me, "if you did that, you would only know the answer. you would not know what makes that answer true." i feel that sentiment can apply to your pilgrimage.
for what it is worth, i cannot say America is a monolith and all are friends, we are in troubled times here... but this American would be happy to call you a friend!
    気をつけてと頑張ってください ゆたかさん!

It’s very comforting to see someone talk so openly about these kinds of things. Whenever I mention being schizoaffective, I’m either laughed off or accused of “attention seeking”. For most people, it’s either a joke or an unfathomable concept. I wish you the best of luck, and I will always be here to support you!

So good to hear you had dinner with your mother! May God continue to bless you both.
Even in the midst of madness your pursuit of Him was relentless. Soldier on, His word lights your path.
You and your mother are in my prayers.

Thank you for explaining what you felt and experienced! I want to educate myself, so I could understand people with mental struggles more and be aware of their problems, but it's hard to actually find explanation of how it feels for someone with such experience. You're very strong and courageous!

Hello Yutaka. Your english is super good! Have you ever had schizophrenic experience of gangstalking before? Like a lot of people who look like spies who are following you.
Aside from that, how are the hospitals in Japan? Do Japanese families care about mental health?
Thank you very much for uploading these videos onto youtube for us to see. I especially like the ones where you are making food, it is very calm.

The conditions of the hospitals depend on each facility. Japan’s law guarantees our will in lifestyle and prioritizes social life rather than being prolonged hospitalized.

I think the pastor was an angel and looking after you. You were obviously in poor physical condition because you probably didn't feel like eating or changing your clothes. I'm surprised that other people did not try to intervene and buy you a hot meal and call emergency services. I'm sad to say that I used to laugh at people like you when you had a relapse. I also had loud arguments in the street but it was with myself and I would get strange looks and I would should at people and then they would goad me. I think you would have made a good spy if you had not had schizophrenia. You have had an interesting life and it is Okay to laugh at various stages of your illness 🎉🎉schizophrenia

I'm surprised to hear that in the Japanese online space people with schizophrenia / mental health problems are attacked a lot.
But on a positive note, I guess having a good healthcare system while being attacked by those people shows you something: The people with that mindset aren't the ones shaping society. They aren't creating progress in medicine, science etc. And it's not surprising, because they can't come up with constructive solutions to problems; they just shout at them to stop existing.
Take care and hi from London🌟💛

My ex-coworker who is Schizophreniac has the same symptom. He keeps thinking that the U.S government is spying on him and doing harm to him. In the old days, people always said that crazy people talk to themselves. Now we know, it is the symptoms of Schizophreniac.

I think highly intelligent people talk to themselves. But there's a line drawn when you're in deep conversation with yourself in public lol. BUT not if you have a camera of course :)

This was very interesting to hear.
From my perspective as a Christian I think what you experienced was not simply imagination, it was a spiritual war for your mind between the demonic and God. And God has been guiding you towards Him.
I am glad to hear you've been pursuing Christianity and prayer.
I understand that for a lot of people the spiritual/supernatural world is hard to accept, especially if you've never thought about it before.
I think these experiences you've had were a blessing in a way, God is reaching out to you. Your soul is precious to Him.
I pray that our Heavenly Father will be close to you and guide you through all of life's hardships.
    God bless you brother.

Have you ever had experiences with birds or nature that seemed supernatural. I feel like I'm cursed and crows keep following me. I use to follow a few hindu gurus and it seems like since then they been here. But maybe they just live where I live now. I just thought maybe I'll ask the angel knowledge why there here. Or the unknown angels. Or probably some other angel like the angel of dimension?

The crows likely just see you as a potential food source. You can probably buy their loyalty with a bag of unseasoned pork rinds.

To experience supernatural phenomena, one, probably, needs specific spiritual training. Both in Zen and Christianity, avoiding immersing oneself in an imaginary world matters. In my experience, I never sense birds or other animals transforming into other special beings.
