Japan
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 7 ก.พ. 2024
This channel is about my personal life, sharing ideas of recovery from various difficulties. I am a person with Schizophrenia, living in the countryside of Japan. I will introduce Japanese culture, spirituality, and philosophy, which is useful to be mindset from complexity. This channel crafts my ideas but never treats medical topics or serious occasions regarding my illnesses.
This is the self-improvement!
I will introduce my ideas for self-improvement, which I learned from my religious studies. This video is intended to give people a hint about self-improvement, not to promote religious spirituality.

We always have to learn new things. Merry Christmas and happy new years.
merry Christmas friend
Merry Christmas and a Happy Jubilee, brother in Christ!
Unfortunately, you need the qualifications to get the jobs. It's not right that the degrees are so expensive unless you come from a really poor family and get a brilliant scholarship which is very rare. For many subjects university is pointless. Money is always the answer. No money, no life.
Of course, you can still be highly educated but without a degree it's meaningless. I think the Open University is a good option but I think a lot of people look down on it.
I did write more but because of these endless adverts the extra comment disappeared.
Merry Christmas.
I've lived with schizoeffective disorder forever but somehow managed to complete a 2 year degree in my mid 20's. I have no idea even now how I managed to complete the program.
And 15 years ago this cost me a total of eleven thousand dollars
I think it's important that you're interested in what you want to study at a college or university and pursue a career later on in life after graduation, the lectures and classes you attend won't be boring to you when you have a clear goal of what you want to do professionally with your degree.
It's just worth it because of the title that gives you
Reading a book sounds much more enjoyable than sitting through a lecture.
College can be worth it, but I made the poor choice of picking a career and degree for money, it pays well but it is draining and unfullfilling, I wish I followed what I wanted and became a teacher.
honestly as long as you have a job and is able to fill your tummy that's good enough even if you have no degree
sometimes it is and sometimes it's not especially in my country its not really worth it anymore because there is no jobs available
I went to college in the mid 1990s, and at that time there wasn't a lot of jobs. Plus, it didn't cost much to go to college at that time, and that is why I went. My father said you will go to college and graduate. That was the only reason why I went.
Let me tell you a nice story(true). A man came from Eastern Europe to USA. His family was very poor. He did not see other opportunity than to look for work elsewhere. He loved working with his hands, making things or repairing things. Found work in small factory which made tools and was growing , becoming a healthy company. The owner noticed the young hard working man and his skills and after 15 years offered him to become a partner. Of course the man is happy but every time the man would delay signing a contract. Then one time the owner who could not understand why he doesn't want to sign: , asked him firmly again. The man ashamed replies: I can not write. The owner said: You achieved all this without knowing how to write and I can only imagine how much more you can do if you could write. They became partners and the story has happy ending. The moral of the story is that you have to work hard and be determined no matter what! Cheers
Thanks!
Merry Xmas and thank you for your hard work in the passing year. Have a great holiday! Cheers

You're english has gotten very good and i think you'd be an amazing writer.
I really think overthinking comes from the fact that we used to have so much to do and now a lot of people have too much free time or do too much repetitive things.
I get the picture. First, I agree - a key to overcoming biases: reading widely to broaden perspectives, to hold off quick judgement. Second, I agree that those who criticize should expect and be able to accept criticism as well. Third, I agree that we have biases. We all do - we lean toward that which we understand and believe as true.
@@niseepaj Yes. Thank you for engaging my video. It encouraged me to create the next video!
This is a good one. My 2 take always: 1. Let go of thoughts, observe what is around you. 2. Find an answer, then act on it. I tend to overthink just before I sleep, so I have difficulty sleeping. What usually helps me are: 1. praying (w/c is my way of letting go, surrendering), and 2. saying/thinking the words, "stop" or "enough" or "tomorrow." You are right, overthinking is just a process...to find a good answer. A process that can wait 'til morning.
@@niseepaj Praying is the best activity to stop overthinking. Using words to the Superior can avert our eyes from ourselves.
I overthink about the future, I worry about what I have achieved and where I will be later on in life, but that worry drags me down and damages my mentality - which directly impacts my progression and my future It's such a stupid back and forth, it's a silly cycle, I need to snap out of it Thanks for making videos which allow me to think about how I think, and for letting me get some weight off by dropping a comment
@@dasconkcreetbaybee Thank you!
I also struggle with my thoughts always getting out of control. Always remember that you aren't in control of your thoughts and emotions. You can only control how you react to them!
Very good video. But I've spent 30 years trying to make money for myself and nothing has worked. I've been really poor before and the only people who would help me were people who wanted to live with me as a couple which I did not want but felt I had no other options. I am too old to be poor again because no man will look at me. I'm lucky to have a good partner but if he was to die - I would have no money unless I sold all my belongings. I would hate to live on the streets at my age. I'm sure Age Concern would help me so may be I should stop worrying. I understood everything you were saying and as a young man you could have it worse than an oldish woman like me. I wish there was more I could do for you. But I think you have a bright future ahead of you writing self help books. You have a special talent there.
@@Gilbertineable Thank you for watching! I hope your future will be bright!

wish you nothin but the best. i don't know if you understand how impactful your videos are to the schizophrenic and neurodivergent community as a whole. these videos are really encouraging for those of us who deal with issues outside the norm and who don't have the luxury of being able to buy ready meals - thank you!
Great video mate. I'm going to head down the market next week and try this recipe! Thanks from an Australian fan
Keep going ❤❤❤❤
God Bless you❤
My schizophrenia makes it pretty hard for me to feed myself, so it makes me feel happy and hopeful to see other schizophrenic people managing to cook and eat well. It's inspiring. Thank you.
The way you say I have ingredients reminds me of how my sister says it when she cooks, something about the cadence and the exact same phrasing
The way I see paganism is that people all over the world have such a diverse upbringing and experiences. We have such a diverse way of understanding the world. Our beliefs are our own, even within the umbrella of our religious or belief.
Hello Yutaka! I am from Australia and English is my second language. I find your spoken English difficult to understand at times. This is not a fault of your English, my understanding of Japanese is that Japanese spoken language is fast, much faster than English. As a result your English is much faster than native English, and some words blend together more and are harder to understand for a native English Speaker. I like your videos, and your point of view. As someone who has some mental issues, I appreciate the view point of someone who has similar struggles. As I have said, I am not Japanese, but I have an appreciation for Japanese people and culture. In the matter of your video topic, I was raised as Orthodox Christian, and this might sound silly but as child I stopped believing in religion because the history book I was gifted during my kindergarten graduation had no mention of dinosaurs. This made me realise that people did not know that they were talking about/teaching. Religion is a difficult topic, because I do not want people to feel ashamed for what they believe. Even if I do not share that belief. Thank you for reading this. I hope you are able to have a comfortable life and are able to keep sharing your point of view.
I like how you talk about the health benefits of each ingredient!!!!
Thank you for being brave and making this video. It is difficult to bring yourself forward for this kind of thing, but it is very important. I do not have schizophrenia but I appreciate you for making this video.
Thank you for this insightful talk, it has given me a lot to think about. I truly enjoy your philosophical and spiritual take on life. Bless you!
Hello from the US. I just found your channel today and really like your videos. You're very soothing to listen to. You have a really interesting perspective on bias and being self-aware of one's own biases. I appreciate that you're sharing your thoughts here so I can broaden my perspective and consider how my own culture & upbringing shapes my view of the world.
i only found you today, i am new to your channel! i showed up as i am mentally ill myself and always feel supported when i encounter someone else going through a similar thing. stayed for the important conversation!
This is so interesting, i love your philosophy
This video is popular on tumblr, which is where I came from. Thanks for sharing, I'm glad to be watching <3
As a lady with schizophrenia it brings me joy seeing others like me succeed! I love baking it takes me away from my worries. Lots of love for all psychotics out there, we are going to be ok ❤
0:49 I really like your purple bag!!
Your English skills are very impressive! And an interesting perspective to hear. Recently, in my country of Sweden, the Christian church has been often adopted by nationalists as a 'defence' against the Muslim minority, which as a Christian myself I really dislike. The nationalists don't actually care about the history of Christianity in this country or the modern role of the church, they just want to make Muslims feel excluded.
Ps- have you thought of doing more cooking videos? You could talk about your experiences while doing so, I think they’d be really popular
Hello, I'm from Germany, and I have to admit, my people are very judgemental. I'm sorry about that. I hope we can learn from Japanese culture to be more respectful and considerate. By the way; I think people from the west are in general more judgemental. Even if people are not religious here, the culture they come from was still formed by the church. And going even further: I believe monotheistic religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism) make people become like this. Even though they have good aspects, like for example "love your neighbour like you love yourself", "don't be afraid" and "forgiveness" in Christianity, I hope we can overcome the negative sides of them. I'm still learning this myself, and I will do my best to promote consideration. I know this is a lot to ask for: Please allow the foreigners to learn from you for the sake of international peace and harmony. Thank you a lot for your video! (I am finished with editing this comment now, sorry!)
@@deutschlanddeutschland7111 Thank you for engaging my video! You are insightful. As a Christian, I agree that Christians are kind and gentle despite their strong biases.
