Is there any way you can do a video on where hurdles go. I am volunteering to help coach hurdles but I have no idea where youth 80 meter hurdles go. Not much info on it. Please help me get the distance from the start, where they start and distance between hurdles. Love your work.

Thank you so much!! It is very helpful. If you ever get a chance to go to the track and show the markers for each hurdle event, where they are and how to find each one,so I’m not measuring, I would love to watch that video. This team doesn’t have a hurdle coach and my daughter is gonna do the hurdles, so I’m trying to help out with little time and only experience from high school. Made it to state but did it only for the friends had no idea what I was doing 😂😂Pretty embarrassing but I would hate for these kids to not get the chance to enjoy hurdles. 😊 I’m watching all your videos to try to brush up. Appreciate the help. I wish I would have had this information when I was a kid. 💕Thank you!!

I’m a Highschool (junior) pole vaulter and hurdler. I’m 5’5 and not expecting to grow much more. I’m already having trouble getting over the hurdles efficiently because of my height . Whats my chances of hurdling in collage when the hurdles go up 3 more inches?
