Thanks for this great tutorial so clear. I’m retired renal dialysis nurse from New Jersey and now living in tropical Puerto Rico. I love sewing, embroidery, canning , baking, gardening , and growing my Roses. And of course my baby Pomeranian Cooper.
My girlfriend bought some of these from a craft fair and I thought they were fabulous used them the whole time we were at her house! You're such a great teacher! Watching from Eugene OR ❤
Thank you, Angela! This design and way of bringing it all together will be so much easier to sew than the ones I made a few years ago! I'll be sewing up a bunch of these for Christmas gifts. 😊
I will definitely be trying this! My husband always grabs one of my nice potholders to put under his bowl after he microwaves food. I've been considering making him a bowl cozy (or two) for Christmas. Now I know how. Thanks!
How did you know I was needing to replace my old, worn out bowl cozie? LOL. I love your method much better than the one I used. I will definitely be making these as gifts too! Thank you!
Watching from Burlington, KY. This is the best video I have seen for making these bowl cozies (and I have made a lot.) Thank you for the concise instructions without the extra chatter.

Thank you for this video - I've sewn hundreds of cozies and found it so tedious to mark the diagonal lines & darts. Your template with the v-shape cut out for the darts and new techniques will allow me to sew these cozies more efficiently! Thanks & hugs from San Francisco!
The tutorial I didn't know I needed! Appreciate your using of cm, makes it easy for the lot of us that don't use inches. Two thumbs up from South Africa!

Wish I had seen this first. I bought the templates and this sure would have saved me some money on my Christmas gifts. My sister-in-law wants a set of these. She was going to pay 12 dollars a piece for them. I just about had a cow. I have tons of cotton fabric and cotton batting. I will still make your pattern too. I like how neat it comes together.
