my honda came from another country with unknown history. 6 owners in the new country. Odo probably shaved. Trashed and crashed multiple times. Abandoned for years in a shed +30 - 20 degrees celsius with ethanol gas still inside... a carb clean later its again ready to give me a speeding ticket. They just keep going. Serious crashes aside there is a good chance these bikes will outlive a great majority of us.
I have just bought a 1990 600 hurricane project bike, I also have a 1993 f2 street fighter and a 2002 f4i, great bikes easy to work on, engines are bullet proof,
Ive heard so many guys say that about different bikes VFR750s, XT/TT 500s, GSX1100s to name a few 😆. Nearly all Japanese bikes from the 80's onwards are super reliable, if maintained.
I own an 88 Hurricane 600, 98 cbr 600f3, 07 CBR 600RR, and a newly acquired 97 CBR 600f3 stunt bike.....Good Vidz! and at the same Time get some.......Most only on a Bike and im not done yet .....I will go Pro this year! See you out there :) Cheers
I have a Cbr 600 F3 from 1998 and I have beaten the ass of an mt-07 2017 and some of this new injection bikes...best motorcycle in terms of handling but not the most beautiful ones...The power of dreams 💪🏻
Hondas later efforts with CBR 600RR definitely pushed the handling even further, can't really compare a 600cc i4 putting out 90kw to a sub 700cc i2 producing like 60kw
what other bikes are fuel injected? is an 2000 r6 fuel? unfortioantly i had a great buy 2700 cbr f4i guy sold it before i could come up with teh cash! ;(
Don't know really, I wouldn't expect too much heavier, but the weight of the bike might be in different places which makes the bike harder to ride. Overall, you'll be happy with any of those bikes. You'll just be happier with a newer F4i over the other three.
Mike Handsome ; that's what I consider the original Hurricane, especially when you ride it. The new CBRs are cool don't get me wrong, but just don't have the spirit of the original CBR/Hurricanes.
Just get a 600cc. You will quickly out-grow the 250cc, but you can REALLY grow into the 600. They are not too difficult to control, just keep it in a higher gear than normal for while until you get used to the power.
They are all fairly similar. The F3 is the oldest but heaviest/slowest, the F4 is great, but the F4i is easiest to ride and the newest. It's a bit faster but it's not a difficult bike ot ride.
I have a 98 F3 and it is probably the sweetest thing I've ever bought.
Lol i love the very obvious shots at the kawasaki ninja in the beginning.
jajajajajaja yea me too
Imagine Mr. Miyagi (Pat Morita) from the Karate Kid laughing at that.
Not very subtle! So 90’s
@@kghwanadoo that commercial was in 1987. For the original cbr600 f1 hurricane. I bought one brand new in 1987.
The CBR600F4 was the best carbureted in it's class, super smooth. Almost reminds me of the CBR1100XX.
F4 wasn’t carbureted it was the first generation to be fuel injected. F3 was carbureted
That’s not true. Honda built the F4 in 99 and 00 with carbs. in 01 the F4i (I=injected) came out. That had the basic fuel injection system on it
youre wrong buddy
@@alexandrelarrivee9238на f4 карбюраторы стоят.
The thing about the early steel framed CBRs, is that they were jack of all trades, they were the perfect all rounder.
Honda red F3 🤤 I love my f4i but my heart yearns to ride the f3 again. Such a sweet bike

I got the 1994 F2 and the motor is exceptional! It also makes a really nice purr when properly warmed up at 3K RPM cruising with a vampire exhaust.
My first motorcycle was a red/black 2002 CBR 600F4i. I loved that bike
I had an 87 Hurricane, was a good machine with an awesome sounding engine.
I have a 1990 and I still love it. 140 000km on it and it still makes me smile ear to ear
@@ryanvtec3885 amazing, i love high mileage
Shows reliability
every cbr Ive ridden feels so correct and fits the rider so nicely
The music in the at at 0:33 is phenomenal
I recently bought an 05 f4i and I love it. It runs so smooth, a bit rowdy and wild, but fun nonetheless.
😅
That purple was the best thing i ever seen best looking sport bike
Those make me want to buy each one I really need a cbr collection now
I just found a 97 f3 with 600 miles lol
@@timlynch539 good year I always wanted one like that

The f4i is the most reliable 600cc sport bike ever made
