Some more thaughts on the fight. For gear: remember he uses 2 dmg types(blunt; pierce) so it helps to NOT wear a full set of White Steel or Red Napalm, since they are both severely weak to one of these, RN will get u pwned vs his melee and WS vs his ranged. Ideally use Pale Winds armor to fight him, but that's a catch 22, so what I did was mix up the sets and wear 1 bit of both to have a weakness yes, but a slight one, the def on the forcemen is strong enough to endure his hits, maybe even better would be an uncapped armor that's really strong vs blunt and pierce like the night raider E and the Silent sniper sets, uncapped they get a real high amount of def and PW doesn't hit that often to reduce your dura(& therefore defense) by too much, so that's an option too, the hat I use has hp and vit, having a hp increasing hat is helpfull here since dmg isn't a big issue as long as you're hitting him for decent enough, over 100 at min, to get him stunned in 3-4 hits and be able to beat the clock. And remember PW is weak to fire/slash, this is proven by his armor's stats. So bring your fastest and strongest slash or slash+fire weapons. I tried the flamethrower on him and it didn't hit hard enough to stun him.
Tnx, ye I got him down without dm, big progress, still very stressfull and lucky didn't get hit by too many kicks, or get dunked, I may not be able to pull it off every week but does feel good to tripple my usual metals for the week
no problem, I'm still struggling with the fight personally, and it's a build based on what I have access to(gear/decals etc). I've found that without dm or free recovery, it's almost impossible for my skill lvl to beat him within the time limit. Tho I feel that i could get to the point where i'd be able to consistantly defeat him using just 1dm in NM
i think i show it off in the video, it's a 9+15%def and living on the edge combined, ye I know, the decals i'm using here are rare, the last one is a pay to win, but I'm too bad at the game to make a build that everyone can use, i'm having trouble with the boss myself so i'm pulling all the stops and using my best decals at my disposal, good luck with payback, how do u use it? is it blocking his punches and shots? or do u let them hit you for better payback?
peter cypers i havent beat him yet lol but i think itll allow me to make up for the decals i dont have that you have. i wanna use the hockey stick cuz thats all i got. have you tryed rn gun? evil capriva or whatever his name is beat him spamming the knife.

peter cypers i try to do both ill let you know after wensday. you can store damage before the fight and hit hik for 8k damage first hit.
i got payback so its ok.
