Great video, I know you had a lower back injury in the past and I am currently training with one, is there any extra advice you would give during the clean to avoid lower back injuries? i.e. should we be bracing the core when we start the clean similar to a lifters wedge before a dead lift?

I appreciate the instructions in this series but the production value, while higher, makes it feel less like Zack Telander content in my opinion. So far I think your two videos with Nsima are the best. Great info, a bit of banter, and an actual beginner making mistakes that you get to correct in real time, priceless.
I "dirt" like a pro, a have no shoulders, biceps or wrist mobility, which make simple moves extremely difficult

My T-Rex arms makes the bar sit EXACTLY on top of my junk when I clean, should I go wider and hit at the same spot as the snatch? Any tips will be appreciated.
if i really cannot make the front rack and my body got so stiff while trying to do it then what should i do?
I can’t get the bar to sit in my clavicle with my hands on the bar because of my genetics I believe… what should I do ?
Is it a problem if my heels rise excessively during the full extension in the clean? It doesn’t have many consequences like jumping forwards and my balance remains steady
not really. there infact lifters, faster lifters that dont really "fully extend" the ankles, think anton plez or lu
