Josh, you have given me so many reasons to fall in love with Cougar again. The floor plan, the fit and finish, the larger oven, the fabulous shower, the wardrobe slide, the huge storage bay, the hitch pin....EVERYTHING. And in this smaller size. I'm blown away...really. You have made my day showing me this Cougar Fifth Wheel. It's going on my short list of the rig I'm going to buy. Thank you Josh. bill in Florida
Small note about INCommand. You need to disengage the travel lock that comes on when at some point after it's hooked up to the 7 pin connector. Unfortunately this can only be done from the screen inside. So after traveling down the road then stopping you will not be able to open a slide unless you tap the "disengage travel lock" on the controller inside. Nice safety feature. You can perform all other functions from your phone but slides and awnings with the "travel locked" engaged or while moving.
Be careful what you wish for. Cougar has adopted a farmhouse-inspired decor for the UPDATED 2021 models! (The video here represents an "early 2021" for clarity)
There is a lower cabinet door facing the entry door. Please open it and show us! Would it be a good place to put shoes when you take them off as you come in?
One thing I will draw your attention to, is the incorrect comment about opening your slide via your phone, while walking back to the trailer. This cannot be done as iNCommand locks out the slides while the trailer is in motion, and the trailer slide lock can only be disengaged from the panel inside the trailer. Meaning that you have to enter the trailer before moving slides. Other than that, you make great videos
Good question! Simple answer: Because they're significantly more effective at actually heating the RV. As a cold-camp-proven-and-tested RV it's a fitting feature for a Cougar. More info on this here th-cam.com/video/cK7xe1-FdA8/w-d-xo.html
Good news -- *THEY DID!* You just haven't seen it yet. Going into production NOW basically is the new Carpetless Cougar with their take on Jayco's ultrapopular Farmhouse decor!
Not on this model as there's not enough room for the slides to close if theater seating is applied. The RV needs to be slightly longer. The following link will be closest fit www.haylettautoandrv.com/inv/2021-Jayco-Eagle-27RS-Coldwater-MI-T2082/
The booth's pedestal mounts are screwed down, but easily removed. I typically replace the pedestal legs with folding/floating legs in any RV I use (less than $40 swap and takes 5 minutes). The free standing table option is also screwed down
Seems to be anyone. Everyone has a specific way they envision using the RV. Slide closed access is handy for some people for storage reasons, limited spacing, travel access
Amazingly since this 2021 video came out another updated generation has already landed. You can see the new footage at th-cam.com/video/SVySecO2C-s/w-d-xo.html You'll like the new shades I think :) Theater seating is not likely available here. You cannot put it in place of the recliners -- it would prevent the slides from closing. You *might* be able to sub it in place of the hide-a-bed, but we'd have to give the factory a call as that's not normally available on this layout

Happy to educate in return for that fair opportunity to earn your business at my family's place of business when you're ready!

What a great layout. I love that the chairs are movable.
This is the one I want when I get rid of my bullet 221. If only it came with the "farmhouse" interior.

There's no storage there. Just the converter panel they made look pretty instead of staring at a black plastic box as you walk in.

Appreciate the correction! (and not phrasing it in a troll-ish fashion). TH-cam needs more like you! :)
With the in command system if you disconnect the battery’s do you need to Re-sync to your phone, or does it stay linked to your phone?
Sort of like your WiFi router at home -- once you're in range they'll talk again. Shouldn't need to fully force Re-Sync each time
Haylett RV thanks!
nice! but why heat registers on the floor? water and dirt will get into them.

How many couples want king beds?
It’s really about 50/50
*WOW* !! *This Cougar is ssssoooo FAB* !! *LOVE the L-shaped kitchen* !! #HaylettRV
Is it ok? To open the slide without stabilizers and while still hitched?
As long as the RV is roughly level you're good
Really nice unit!! Come on Keystone, get rid of the carpet already!!!
Good news -- *THEY DID!* You just haven't seen it yet.

@@JoshtheRVNerd are you friggin kidding me 🤯! This is exactly why it's so hard to nail down choices!
@@NewVisionLCS No jokes my man :)
@@JoshtheRVNerd Good lawd!! LOL
@@JoshtheRVNerd Ultrapopular Farmhouse decor? I guess there is something for everyone. I think farmhouse decor sucks.
One thing about the kitchen, no trash can space.. they should’ve left the space underneath the sink cabinet open for trash 🗑
There's "stuff" under there -- mechanical things. They wouldn't have blocked it off for no reason.
Can you get theater seating in place of the recliners?

Is the dining table bolted to the floor?

I think it’s the boondockers that want to be able to walk through with the slides closed

Question can you get this model with roller shades, and theater seating?
