@@VelEire_ I have this same problem. It mutes it. But when I search for new Bluetooth on my phone I can find it. When I try and pair it says on the unit I need to remove old phone. So it must have Bluetooth. Madness
I tried this and when I press menu to debond it says 'no phone select' ? I just bought this car and it sucks that I can't get my phone to pair.. 6 phones are already paired (previous owner) and I tried this to erase at least one to pair mine but it doesn't work.. why do you think that is?
I’ve rooted around at the radio here for a couple of evenings and I Can’t get the radio to say no phone select, but it did pop up “unavailable” when I debonded everything. That has me stumped…
When I press the green phone sign all I get is mute nothing else

If the phone button mutes the radio that means your radio doesn't have bluetooth feature.
Me too I don’t seem to understand. I’ve done everything possible thing but to no avail.
@@tatenda-nyashamusindo5805 get an aftermarket bluetooth adapter for it. Costs around 15 euros and it's an easy install.

Some of these units don’t have Bluetooth, I had one the same previously that used to mute the radio also, might that be the issue?

Im not sure but I remember it took me a while to figure out. I'll jump in the car when im home and try get you another option
