Jenifer, your white spots in your arms are actually a skin disorder and you can very easily remove them with nizoral anti dandruff shampoo, the active ingredient is the ketoconazole 1% which is the one that removes the spots. Or you can get it prescription from dermatologist for stronger strength. I just use it in the shower as a body wash and try to keep it in my body for about 10-15mins. Works like a charm :)
Yes, it could be tinea versicolor which commonly appears on the arms. It is a common fungal issue and sun exposure makes it more apparent. You can make it go away by treating it as the fungal infection it is.

You always have great recommendations. I used castor oil on skin tags in my armpit area. It took several weeks I think but they are gone!!!! Also I have been putting on my feet as a moisturizer and it really softens the skin. I apply and put socks over feet. It is a thick oil but there is something special about it.

Have you tried the GoldBond for creepy skin??? It’s so good! I think it’s better than crepe erase and city beauty. I only wish I’d found this before I spent so much on those 2 that don’t work as well. Although the city beauty is what I’d use if I can’t find the gold bond. Try it! Always start early in life and battle the problem before it even happens!

What a helpful video! I’m so thankful I watched this because I have used that CosRX snail mucin on my face (rosacea) for the last 6 months or so and it’s helped with my skin texture but I never thought to use it elsewhere! I have some eczema on my arms right now due to being on Accutane and I’ve put the snail mucin on those areas for just 2 days and I’m already seeing a huge difference in the texture and dryness right there! I thought it was a lost cause. So thankful you shared this! Can’t wait to try the other products you have recommended in this!

Hi Jen. Great video. Everything seems so reasonably priced. I also prefer to shop Amazon. I have the snail mucin, but do not use it at night because of using tretinoin. Do you use it with other skin care products? I am fair complected and rarely use self-tanner. When I have it makes the dark spots on my legs look darker. Penn Smith uses Coco $ Eve Sunny honey self-tanner for her face and neck. She loves it. The video was called self tanning game changer. Back in the day when I would tan, I eventually developed the white spots. Now it just blends with my pale skin. I've learned to love and accept my pale skin. Years ago, I went to the derm about the white spots, and he said there's nothing that can be done. Sun damaged the to the pigment. After having a daughter and a niece diagnosed with melanoma cancer and having a couple scars from 2 different types of skin cancers myself, my focus is sunscreen and avoiding the sun as much as possible. I started watching your channel years ago when I started taking care of my skin. I’ve been loving the snail mucin but it started to break me out lately (allergies) so I it’s good to know it works on KP. My daughter has it so I’ll start using it on her elbows and knees with hope it helps

One rec I have for you since you mentioned sleeping with your mouth open - have you heard of mouthtaping? It’s so interesting. I just started doing it about a week ago and I’m seeing an improvement in my sleep, but long term it’s supposed to help improve your jawline and dental health. Win win! It is so funny you saying about looking younger! I will be 64 in February and I just said to my sister I would love to look 30! I'm sorry, nobody wants to look older. Yes, I know it's a blessing getting older and I am so grateful, that doesn't mean I like looking older! Could you please tell me how you apply your skincare, I love everything you've shown.
