Not entirely true. Take this from someone who trained at least 30 Amiibos back to back (also take this with a grain of salt. Also also i trained 30 amiibos i clearly have no life) They ended up keeping most of their habits. Since it is AI they will tend to use whatever you taught them but still have to follow the script the given to them for fights.
The figure trait they have can have a effect on them but if you give them spirits that let them keep the trait they already have or give them a similar trait they will go mostly uneffected
Honestly I wasnt expecting you jump right back into smash that quickly after your 69 hour 4 minutes and 20 seconds run
After finishing a marathon just must jog down slowly instead of fully stopping, Nick has to keep smashing or he will die of a heart attack.

So, fun story. Back in Smash 4, my buddy had a Mii swordfighter amibo he wanted to train. So I helped him battle it. I mained Cloud back in Smash 4. Well, he trained his amibo to spike people off stage. He made sure that the amibo was hungry for it. So the amibo goes for the spike on me at a low percent, just enough that the spike would kill me, but not send me too far down. So I used up special and dragged that amibo down to hell with me. Wanna know what that amibo did next game? Literally, very next game. No guesses? None at all?
It suicided me. With it's own up special.
And that's the story of how I taught an amibo how to suicide people! :D

I beat super Mario Galaxy while watching this video. This is my favorite video ever
OMG a modded Bowser. That is scory
I may get a lot of hate from this, but I really wish that Bowser's original neutral special was singularly shot instead of a continuous flame. I mean, they already did that with Charizard and the effects of curry. To broaden my opinion, Bowser particularly shoots his fireballs singularly in the Super Mario franchise. They did make it a custom moveset in Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U + 3DS but scrapped the idea for ultimate.
