The character arc of Clout Cloud is truly impressive. From getting eliminated first round last tourney, to now. His work in the off-season is really paying off.

Theory: Clout Cloud let Chibi win because he knew what it was like to be an underdog, so he made his throw look real via going further when he got launched by Chibs
