I have been waiting for this one. I have been following Dale for a while now and listen to his Bible studies. I am a big fan and loved this episode of Lift, Run, Shoot.
Mr. Hanes, I have been following you for a while, and watching you and how you put your health and the health of your family has always been an inspiration. As a father it has real meaning to me. I recently lost 104 pounds, I was probably the fattest hunter in Florida at my heaviest at 434 lbs. I am now 330lbs. And my next goal is 300, then maybe 260? Not sure because I started lifting 6 months ago . My ultimate plan is to be in your kind of shape in the next 2 years. I am 6'4" so I am not sure of my final weight, but I will Keep Hammering! Thanks for the inspiration and the clear vision of my goals, love the new format!

@@urgamecshk My guess is they put the podcast first so that way people that will watch all the content will watch it regardless, and then when casual viewers see the LRS the podcast is already uploaded for them to watch after. I agree with you though personally

Always do LRS first. It's a) less time commitment and gives an overview of the person. The podcast is always after the run as well!
