Our goal is to bring this incredible music to people live. If we released an album of this music I would agree with you . Why bother? But as many of our audiences have said to us... "I thought I'd never hear this music live again." This is not a recording project and we've posted our videos as an example for prospective clients and fans. If we played in your town would you not like to hear this music in a live venue amongst a crowd of fellow Weather Report fans?

Good job ! Sax lady is great. Hard to approach Zawinul woodwind synth sound but I like this version. Interpretation like classical which it is. Love this tune!
Love this band and would pay to see in person! I have sent several request being placed on their mail list and would gladly pay to see them perform but i get no reply-
I would love to hear it live also. and more of the lesser know WR too like NYC or Mr.Gone I'm glad for the living on of the music and these players should deviate from pure transcription.

Nice work!! but listening to the album is the same thing.. it is not inventive.. the bass player plays exactly Jaco's bass lines note for note.. in every tunes i saw of your band... I love Weather Report, and your job is very good, but, what is your goal ? play exactly like the CD? or pay a real tribute to this band ? Nobody can sound like this band.. So why didn't you rearrange the tunes ? I know that you won't approve my comment, and i don't care, i only wanted you to know my opinion. cheers
