I always get into thought which hand should I wear the watch. (I'm left handed)
i'm right handed, but wear watch on my right hand. i'm left footed... idk why i'm just weird
so can u do ice bath prior to workout and end the workout with sauna is that more beneficial

As long as there is a decent amount of ice in the tub its the same temperature for the whole time.
