I tried something new where I didn't talk through the workout. Did you like it? Or would you rather I explain the exercises to you? Let me know in a comment below! You can follow this up with some quick abs: th-cam.com/video/bAcsjCRvDq0/w-d-xo.html or here's a great cool-down routine you might like: th-cam.com/video/FI51zRzgIe4/w-d-xo.html Thanks so much for joining me today and I hope this helps you out!

I like how you talk us through the workouts and I can just mute you and put on music if I want. But I do like how professional this comes across and can imagine it would be better once you're already very familiar with the routine.

I prefer this type of video where I can just zone out and listen to the music. Thank you for this short low impact workout! I have kids so my time is limited and I suffer from low back pain so unable to do jumps and jumping jacks. Really loved it! Definitely going to use this a few times a week for a quick sweat! Thank you!

Just subscribed and have worked thru 2 videos, this one and ankle rehab. Both great. Talking or no is fine, but helpful to have a sound to change to next exercise. I am not always able to watch the screen.

I prefer you to explain, as long as as you keep it short, precise and detailed as you're already doing. Thanks to your videos and explanations, I had an idea of my physical condition before I was diagnosed with retrolisthesis. Thanks Doc and keep up the good work. 👏💪

Great video, thanks. I'm 72 years old and since I had a fall and had to rest up for a couple of months I have lost confidence and have balance issues. I am going to give this a go. I'll let you know how I get on.
I liked just listening to the music without explanation. Thanks again.

I refer a lot of my patients to your site, especially the posture ones! SO many people of all ages (early teens on up) complain of neck and upper back pain and look like they are trying to sit in a complete C position!! Thanks so much for having a reliable source of information for my patients to use. Your videos on various joint and back pain are also used quite a bit.

This is a brilliant video, best workout video I’ve ever seen! Seeing both the basic and advanced method simultaneously gives everyone the content they want to see the entire time. You never talk excessively, always focused on the pertinent information, but it was nice to just go from movement to movement in real time. Thank you so much!

I love the work out especially since sometimes I don’t have time to do a full one. It felt Good to at least touch on all the muscles before heading out for a busy day. I would love it if you could put a little beep or signal when we are about to change exercise, this would prompt me to look at the screen to know that we have moved onto the next exercise. Also a preview of what is coming up so I know to switch it up. Thank you
