22 years old? Wow, you have to respect that. I remember what I was like at 22. There would no way I could do what she has done. The discipline, the day in and day out grind. Amazing. My hat is off Keely. She deserves even more.
@@lingolarker9318 Absolutely, especially if she can get that record. There might be no finer place to do it than Tokyo, where she started Then she's on her way to becoming one of the British GOATs
I love her confidence. You must have this to be successful. Her coaching is great. They are very positive. I can't wait to see the new season. I must have that black shiny Nike coat. 😊
I was there in 1968 for altitude training before the Mexico olympics. Didn't make it but ...the French were years ahead of us in sports facilities. Centre included a giant hanger for discus and hammer throwers.
So much to look forward to for Keely. Can she break the dodgy 800m world record, win her first world title, and maybe a fun 600m showdown with Femke Bol.
Deffo. Two weeks after Olympics Keeley ran two 400m with very short rest interval and went a low 1.43. So it's on. A diamond league night would be ideal as there's too much tension in global champs😊😊😊😊
She is a perfect young runner that have an ability and look of a role model for female athletes. I saw some young female runners turning their look into a young man and I feel like there must be something wrong with their training, over train or some dopes maybe. Hopefully, Keely will not turn into a man look in a couple years, that would be sad.

Good luck , Keely, for your training.
2025 will be a year fantastic ...😊
Keely is the picture of health and a truly great role model for our children, such a well grounded young lady.
Keely is a legend, hopefully she can add the world title to her collection.
She needs to in order to become a true great

The blood adaptations are from living at altitude, not from training at altitude.

@John_Wood_ while I'm skeptical of every elite athlete I do have to ask if you have a reason to specifically say that about her.

She can win 800/1500 in the next 2-3 Olympics. Good luck, a northern lass.
Has she had her teeth done???😬
Nice little piercings
