I just realized that baldur wasnt referring kratos as a greek god but he thought he is a giant. Never realized it till now after completing the game

I love how Kratos can get punched into a mountain and take no damage, but one little jab to the chest will instantly kill him.

Weird you don't know that some attacks from him, especially the one move that he blocks your axe and punch you, can be blocked and be countered. Just press shield during the scene.

@@gildarts_clive no i just did it . They take you to a cutscene where you are in the normal armor and only the axe and then you get the blades . But you can use the blade before that as seen in the vid but characters dont react with the blades like they are not even there .

I don't understand the people who is still complaining about the jumping and flying stuff, this new gameplay style and direction is different, so these two options are useless, they aren't required for the game
It's slow and clunky.
That’s a bit assuming that they can’t build on what’s here with some aerial combat though. The game wouldn’t lose anything by having an extra dimension to its combat. If done right it would be pretty amazing I can imagine.

@@kawkos-iz2zg It does make you a better player though. Playing games at a high difficulty can ruin the gameplay but makes you a better player overall.
Koracare gaming you wanna know what’s really hard? I got this from a TH-camr: he recommends Niflheim, because the enemies never run out: because the gauntlets give the least strength (Zeus gauntlets more specifically) equip them, then the starter upper-waste armor, then the traveler lower body armor. Then grind out Niflheim for the best practice. Make sure it’s on GMGOW difficulty, so it’s the best of the best practice. Grind that out and eventually after a few hours you will be at least decently better. It worked for me, but everybody’s results are different. So please don’t get mad at me or the creator if it doesn’t work for you.

Zeus amor is powerful however the downside is one hit and Kratos health is gone. Valkyrie amor+ is my preference
Anthony Dibiah Yeah the Zeus set is just a “Kill or be Killed” armor, but I personally use the Cod of War set since its useful for all situations at least for me.

I believe the necklace she has even says baldur on it in runes. They aparantly even had a lifesize one made for some promotion event and had it on display and even then no one caught on. Well played indeed haha!

Yes, Kratos was visibly holding back most of the game. I think the only times he didn't was when he impaled the dragon Hraezlyr, executed Magni and the final Baldur beatdown. Gameplay-wise, Valkyrie battles too.

Thats what they do look like, bu they just dont give you zeus armour at the beginning to kill everything in seconds since it would just make the game boring, if you want to kill enemies easily like in the video just go on give me a story

It's a Talisman that stuns and knocks back opponents. I believe it's called Horn of Heimdall. Passively grants increased blocking and parry windows along with its active ability
Correction. You can reduce the cooldown on the talisman by blocking and parrying

I can't help but saying that you utilized the gear set completely wrong. Your physical attack insanely raise, not the runic attacks. You had to use combos more. It just looked like the gear was no different. :/

That blue on atreus is beautiful. This game fulfilled every aspect of what a game should be, from its amazing gameplay and to its relatable yet incredible emotional story. Lastly, the graphics: from the texture to the lighting coupled with the sound effects makes it very enjoyable to play the game MORE THAN ONCE

The Zeus armor is the strongest, but also the weakest. You deal the most damage, but on gmgow you go down in one hit. Personally, I still prefer the Cod of War set. It looks great, have nice nostalgia, and makes health and rage stones a weapon. Not to mention the high luck stat makes “low perk” affects constantly happen (with the glowing gem of the nine, I’m constantly freezing time). Though what’s great about ng+ is that it makes pretty much all armor relevant again, so you can use whatever you want (plus some become enchantments so you can use their affects with other armors)

I don't understand how Mimir knows about the Greek pantheon. To my knowledge, Kratos knew nothing about the Norse Gods. The Norse Gods don't seem to know about the Greek ones. According to the comments, they thought Kratos was one of the Giants. Mimir knew about Zeus and Athena. He even figured out that Kratos is *The Ghost Of Sparta.* That suggests that he not only knew about the Gods, but he also knew about some of the events. Maybe it's because he's supposed to be knowledgeable about everything. But I expected him to know everything about his own pantheon only.
The game director explains that the GOW earth is like ours but the only difference is that each geographical region exist there own version of the universe with there dimensions and earths
Mimir is portrayed as really smart and basically all knowing both in norse mythology and in the game but in norse mytgology his head is carried by odin not kratos and in the game he comes from irish mythology

For the Zeus armor they could have put an Eagle on it and Ares fire or something. Basically make them look Greek! I like this game very much but they failed on them armor sets AND I don't like the full armor tops because Kratos tatoo's should always be displayed. The Wolfskin armor top should have been able to be upgraded as well as other early game sets. O'm confident that they will get it right on the 2nd one.... can't wait!
