At some point somebody needs to realize that all of these big keter classes need to be stored in different sites as far apart as humanly possible. If the Foundation refuses to shoot shit like this into space which would solve 99% of their problems then they can at least recognize that keeping all their most dangerous, intelligent, malicious shit in the same place is a real good way to make much bigger problems.
Last I checked there is some Contigencies for some of these SCPs for Space Travel- I think 682 will be launched into Space at 2050. but in some cases there's potential that they can come back like the world's worse rendition of "The Cat Came Back"

You know how the intro referenced the Slenderman? That description got me thinking: What if, in the universe of the Foundation, SCP-096 inspired the Slenderman stories? A tall, emaciated and deadly creature. Trade in teleportation with heightened movement speed. Sure, the Slenderman doesn't have facial features, but you can't exactly see 096's face anyway; constantly retelling that story could see some details shifted from "the monster's face has never been described (it kills anyone who could describe it)" to "the monster has no face."

Okay I laughed so hard at the “bouncing” sound effect added when the shy guy (or is it scp-035 since it was controlling??) launched at the guards. It was a serious moment but I almost died laughing.
Imagine if THIS combo went up against 682. On his own the Shy Guy got to about 3/4's of the way there before giving up and crying in frustration while taking heavy damage himself. With a tactical mind, no more big lizard. Granted, 035 probably would prefer to team up with 682, but still an interesting hypothetical situation of this hypothetical situation.
I just thought of an interesting experiment. You place a blind D class in the 096 cell and: 1. Make them mock it 2. Make them attack it 3. Anything else to test what it does when not agitated by face
i remember where there is a story that scp 096 lived happily with a young blind girl in scp 001 when day breaks, so im pretty sure he has emotions, if he actually cared for a girl he might also have anger as an emotion

The one flaw with this story is 096 doesn't rest until whoever has seen its face is dead. The only exception is 682 who fought 096 for so long and hurt it badly it gave up.

So here's a thought. Could a procedure be created to deal with this in the event it were to reoccur? My idea would be to have a photo taken of SCP-096, but not looked at. Keep the photo in a secure package. And reveal it to a D-Class in the event of this scenario. Seeing as SCP-096 recovered from brain death in response to being looked at, I think it's safe to believe that a D-Class looking would also trigger its rage state.
Tape a picture of 096 to the eye holes of the mask. If the mask controls anyone, they die immediately (though at the cost of a second containment breach), and if the mask controls 096, 096 would remove it immediately. Maybe even superglue it on or use flex tape so it can't be accidentally removed.

096 doesn't need to be triggered the mask can just control it and 096 is really powerful and the mask controlling it is just will get rid of 096's weakness which is that it only attacks if someone looks at it

It's mostly that 096 has a psychological urge to kill whoever see its its face. Even if you don't register seeing its face, it will still kill you. One of the worst breaches they had was some hiker that took a picture if himself, and 096 was like a 4 pixel spot on the photo. He looked at the photo and it triggered 096 to hunt him down and kill him.
The guy's blind. At least in the canon of this channel. You can conclude this when listening to the scene when 096 breaks the glass (14:44). It 'feels' its hands lifting, the glass shattering and the mask within. So allowing him to see out is technically useless... Edit: Wait... how did the mask see 096's face through 096's eyes if 096 was blind? Ok, tweaked theory: 096 has a strange connection to its eyes. The neurons connecting its brain and eyes are not functional when it is docile - it has no need to see. But this changes when it enters rage mode, as it would use its eyes to detect obstacles (and destroy them) in its path to whoever saw its face, as well as grip the unfortunate victim. But the mask's 'new nervous system' allows it to see through 096's eyes at all times. This is my take ...
Personally I like to think the possessive mask would use the powers of his newfound body to take revenge on those who banished him from Alagadda and release the hanged king from his imprisonment.

Earth is still here, so... anyone want shawarma?" This would have been terrifying for all involved, but it's amusing how the mask went from "King of the world" to "wat" with the flick of a mirror.
Ive mentioned it in comments before but my personal head canon on these two anomalies makes this kind of situation even worse. My head canon is that these two were originally one being, the Black Lord of Alagadda. The Mask is confirmed to hold the consciousness of the Black Lord while I believe the by Guy himself is the body of the Black Lord, stripped of his mask (thus explaining the face thing) and reduced to a snivelling monster without a consciousness who's only thought is to kill whoever sees its unmasked face. So bringing these two together would result in a minor eldritch Deity being put back together on Earth.
This should be an introductory video for every employee working with 035. It would leave no doubt that this object's motives are simply evil, with no chance of negotiation.

This runs under the assumption that the strength of Shy Guy is constant. I would argue that since the Shyguy would become brain dead from the mask being placed on it, no further adreniline and other such chemicals would be produced. Further, the shyguy doesn't display any sort of great strengrh when it isn't in a rage state, which is triggered by viewing it's face. Since it would have a mask on, this woukd prevent such a state. But the mask would still have basically an indestructable regenerating body. Even without the strength.
I read a SCP wiki where the mask was actually a jester in an Italian court that through reasons broadly related to the Scarlet King was eventually trapped in the Mask. Having studied his prison for so long, he ended up writing the book that was used to create Dr. Bright’s amulet.

Why not drop some dangerous SCP-objects in a black hole? Let's say Foundation creates portal to space near any black hole, takes them on spaceship and drops into black hole. Even if these objects survive spaghetification and merging with singularity, they will be trapped under event horizon so they cannot escape black hole. Or use antimatter to destroy objects, one particle after another, so nothing left.
A terrible idea, the mask would hide it's face but gain control of a essentially immortal killing machine that regenerates from damage on a scale comparable to the hard to kill reptile. The ultimately terrible combination.
SCP-106 and SCP-035 would be hell of a team. If it's true that their liquids are equal, that'd mean that they're immune to each other. In this case would SCP-035 have another unstoppable host.
035 on 106 would probably be worse than on 096 or 682. It would no longer fall for the femur breaker and would become more sadistic. This would get loose and the foundation would have to come out of the shadows to warn people about it because they couldn't contain it. The world would change because of this. 035 would also have control over 106's pocket dimension.
The SCP-035 "The Mask" creates corrosive black goo properties as a by product. Does that rot away SCP-096's face or the whole creature after prolonged use or is it a constant state of erosion and regeneration if these 2 combine together.

I was confused at how 035 could see 096s face but remembered the whole 096 and mirror thing and assumed 035 was using 096s eyes and so saw 096s face. And now I know that 035 is not stuck in place on the wearers face and can be tilted a bit.

Any sign of the face will activate kill Mode, and I believe you are referring to 096. No matter how damaged, if there is any glimpse of the face it will attack, even if only as small as a single pixel.
Well on the up side noone would be able to look directly at 096s face directly if they did team up. Though I wonder if the masks control could be maintained if someone saw a photo of 096s face once the mask was in place

2 questions regarding the Plague Doctor (or anyone capable of reanimating/summoning minions). 1. If eye pods are capable of containing SCP-173, would a zombie made by The Plague Doctor be capable of keeping SCP-173 if it had its eyelids proped open or removed? Where does SCP-173's distinction of an observer stop? 2. Does The Shy Guy's homing sense count a minion/summon that sees its face as the only threat, or would it follow the summoner as well? P.S. if someone that sees the Shy Guys face enters a another dimension, is it capable of following the target or does it stay in a distressed state indefinitely?
Answered before but the shy guy cannot cross dimensions, as seen from his fight with 106 the old man. He was in the pocket dimension, and when the old man left, he couldn't feel the homing sense and was confused

From the way that it was described this episode, that kind of helmet would probably work.

What if, in the universe of the Foundation, SCP-096 inspired the Slenderman stories? A tall, emaciated and deadly creature. Trade in teleportation with heightened movement speed. Sure, the Slenderman doesn't have facial features, but you can't exactly see 096's face anyway; constantly retelling that story could see some details shifted from "the monster's face has never been described (it kills anyone who could describe it)" to "the monster has no face."
The teleportation could be explained by 096' paranormal ability to track down its victim anywhere while staying at a constant, incredible speed

The one flaw with this story is 096 doesn't rest until whoever has seen its face is dead. The only exception is 682 who fought 096 for so long and hurt it badly it gave up.

So here's a thought. Could a procedure be created to deal with this in the event it were to reoccur? My idea would be to have a photo taken of SCP-096, but not looked at. Keep the photo in a secure package. And reveal it to a D-Class in the event of this scenario. Seeing as SCP-096 recovered from brain death in response to being looked at, I think it's safe to believe that a D-Class looking would also trigger its rage state.

Tape a picture of 096 to the eye holes of the mask. If the mask controls anyone, they die immediately (though at the cost of a second containment breach), and if the mask controls 096, 096 would remove it immediately. Maybe even superglue it on or use flex tape so it can't be accidentally removed.

096 doesn't need to be triggered the mask can just control it and 096 is really powerful and the mask controlling it is just will get rid of 096's weakness which is that it only attacks if someone looks at it

It's mostly that 096 has a psychological urge to kill whoever see its its face. Even if you don't register seeing its face, it will still kill you. One of the worst breaches they had was some hiker that took a picture if himself, and 096 was like a 4 pixel spot on the photo. He looked at the photo and it triggered 096 to hunt him down and kill him.

Ok, tweaked theory: 096 has a strange connection to its eyes. The neurons connecting its brain and eyes are not functional when it is docile - it has no need to see. But this changes when it enters rage mode, as it would use its eyes to detect obstacles (and destroy them) in its path to whoever saw its face, as well as grip the unfortunate victim. But the mask's 'new nervous system' allows it to see through 096's eyes at all times.

This would have been terrifying for all involved, but it's amusing how the mask went from "King of the world" to "wat" with the flick of a mirror.
Ive mentioned it in comments before but my personal head canon on these two anomalies makes this kind of situation even worse. My head canon is that these two were originally one being, the Black Lord of Alagadda. The Mask is confirmed to hold the consciousness of the Black Lord while I believe the by Guy himself is the body of the Black Lord, stripped of his mask (thus explaining the face thing) and reduced to a snivelling monster without a consciousness who's only thought is to kill whoever sees its unmasked face. So bringing these two together would result in a minor eldritch Deity being put back together on Earth.

This runs under the assumption that the strength of Shy Guy is constant. I would argue that since the Shyguy would become brain dead from the mask being placed on it, no further adreniline and other such chemicals would be produced. Further, the shyguy doesn't display any sort of great strengrh when it isn't in a rage state, which is triggered by viewing it's face. Since it would have a mask on, this woukd prevent such a state. But the mask would still have basically an indestructable regenerating body. Even without the strength.
I read a SCP wiki where the mask was actually a jester in an Italian court that through reasons broadly related to the Scarlet King was eventually trapped in the Mask. Having studied his prison for so long, he ended up writing the book that was used to create Dr. Bright’s amulet.

Let's say Foundation creates portal to space near any black hole, takes them on spaceship and drops into black hole.
Even if these objects survive spaghetification and merging with singularity, they will be trapped under event horizon so they cannot escape black hole.
Or use antimatter to destroy objects, one particle after another, so nothing left.

SCP-106 and SCP-035 would be hell of a team. If it's true that their liquids are equal, that'd mean that they're immune to each other. In this case would SCP-035 have another unstoppable host.
035 on 106 would probably be worse than on 096 or 682. It would no longer fall for the femur breaker and would become more sadistic. This would get loose and the foundation would have to come out of the shadows to warn people about it because they couldn't contain it. The world would change because of this. 035 would also have control over 106's pocket dimension.
The SCP-035 "The Mask" creates corrosive black goo properties as a by product. Does that rot away SCP-096's face or the whole creature after prolonged use or is it a constant state of erosion and regeneration if these 2 combine together.

Any sign of the face will activate kill Mode, and I believe you are referring to 096. No matter how damaged, if there is any glimpse of the face it will attack, even if only as small as a single pixel.

Answered before but the shy guy cannot cross dimensions, as seen from his fight with 106 the old man. He was in the pocket dimension, and when the old man left, he couldn't feel the homing sense and was confused

I've got another question. How was 035 kept in his old crypt without issue? Someone likely knew the dangers of the black blood and likely found a way to not have it destroy the land around it. My guess is that volcanic glass was involved.
