its amazing how philip will make a 20 min video on a fire extiunguisher yet a 6 min video on a whole event.
And how stayed completely invested trough the entire fire extinguisher video but lost interest halfway trough this one.
That speaks for itself in how well executed the fire extinguisher video was.

I got to meet Philip on the way to the arena on Friday. What an awesome down to earth guy! He took the time to talk to us for roughly ten minutes and take some pictures. His voice is even better in person btw!

Yeah. Every year the tickets are sold out faster. In 2019 the tickets sale were so slow that you could easily get a weekend ticket 1 month before the event. THIS year was sold out (except the friday) in APRIL!!! - I almost didn't get a ticket. Luckily I got one but still: Scary.For IEM 2024: I'll be VERY EARLY to purchase one!

I saw you a few times (even got a photo with you, thanks!) and it always seemed like you were enjoying the talks with other people (probably viewers of yours) which made me super happy, because you genuinely seemed to enjoy it a loooot.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us Philip! As someone who has never set foot in any of the CSGO events before, (and probably now never will lol) it's always a treat to hear and watch even from behind a screen that the spirit of people will always burn with passion in these events. I can't imagine how the atmosphere is like but it always seems so very energetic!

Ahh schucks !! Was such a pleasure to see you once more ! And to be able to chat so much with you. I ended up making the flight out of London but missed my flight from Chicago to Phx. :( ended up staying in Chicago for the night . Oddly enough a friend I work with often was teaching a balloon workshop in Chicago and had a suite with a pull out couch !!! Lol

It was an absolute delight to meet you. After having admired your work for years it was a lovely opportunity to realise how wonderful you are in person. I was part of the Sunday group that met you when the DHL RC cart was going around. Our friend group who you met originally met on CSGO and all connected through our love of the game and CSGO TH-camrs such as yourself. I met Philip at the event (you can see me in the video im in the heroic jersey with the coat over it at 4:16 talking passionately about something I cannot remember what) I took a photo with him and he was genuinely such an incredibly nice guy, we were walking the same direction as we left the arena and i got to have a chat with him and he was so great to talk to!

Sometimes I forget that CS2 (and CSGO) is actually a game that people want to play and compete in, and not just something for graphics and mapping enthusiasts drool over.
