what's the difference between PCC applied through PSK versus local police station? this is in context of long term employment visa.
For going abroad you need a proper PCC from Passport office the other one is not accepted in Europe
Mam for portugal do we need to apostile the original educational degree or copy?

I applied for pCC few days ago, my police verification is done but in my application form the purpose of pcc was missing. In my appointment letter too its missing,However, In psk when i visited i told them to make this correction but even after that the purpose of pcc was missing on the form which i got (later it was taken back by police officer)

I would recommend to do it from your permanent address.
As the address in your Passport will be the one used in PCC.
Also, if you have changed your address, you first need to update your passport with it

And how much time did it take from PSK to police verification to dispatch of PCC?
Yes the police calls you on the contact number that you mentioned in your application and comes to your place.
After police verification, if everything is okay , you get your PCC delivered at your address in around 15days

I am not sure about Hungary but in Spain and Portugal they only ask for passport.
It already tells your birth date so the certificate isn’t necessary

For address change you don't need to change on passport, you can use Electricity/water bill as a proof of residence. Please refer to the document advisory on Passport Seva website

You just need to show the contract of the place you are currently living or some bills in your name and everything else is okay then
