1) You need to get your degree, your pcc apostilled. For degree you need just a copy of passport but for pcc you need to have an acceptance letter to apply for pcc. 2) you can take the lamination off or get it on a copy. Its your choice. 3) Apostille has to done just once and it can be used forever. 4)Maybe there is not enough slots right now . You have to look into this by yourself as I don’t have much idea about it

@rashadrashad2977 Hopefully you will have enough time. I can’t tell you exactly because it depends on embassy. How fast they do it. But yes keep trying Lastly in the interview they ask very basic questions like why do you choose this country, how much you think you will spend in a month, about the course etc

You have to go directly to the state HRD office

It has to be from the same state from where the degree was done else it doesn’t count

I am not sure about Hungary but in Spain and Portugal they only ask for passport. It already tells your birth date so the certificate isn’t necessary

Yes you can apply but you need to fulfill the language and the other requirements like knowing the culture,history etc. But if you just need a PR you can get it just by the language proficiency

For address change you don't need to change on passport, you can use Electricity/water bill as a proof of residence. Please refer to the document advisory on Passport Seva website

In the passport portal. It was mentioned that you need to do the pcc at your present address only and no need to update the address in the passport. All you will need is an address proof of your present address document should be submitted

You don’t need to update it anymore. You can take your passport, contract of the house or some bills in your name and apply for pcc without changing your address on the passport

Yes you can but mostly they ask for some renowned exam data.

Yes The study time counts for PR or passport. You get 6 months to look for a job or you can change your residency to job seeker visa
