Hi Reggie. I applaud you for helping us figure out what the pre/menopausal and pre-diabetic woman needs to lose and maintain weight loss. I've been watching you for years and I'm just sorry that it took (us) so long to have to figure it out - through trial and error and not fully with the help of the medical community. More research needs to be done with this demographic. Today's pre/menopausal woman is youthful and fabulous. What an underrepresented community it is. Nonetheless, you did it🎉 and you look amazing.

Suggestion: Baking on parchment paper is a safer alternative to using aluminum foil directly you hing your food. Read some research connecting food cooked on foil or stored in foil to getting dementia later in life.
