Even her own police report said that she only thought it was him. There wasn't a single shred of proof. I’m late on this. But I have been in a similar situation where the man was put out of his home I was staying in because of an argument and physical altercation. My stuff was thrown outside and I had 2 children with me. I needed to make sure I could get my belongings with my kids safely. I had a bunch of stuff stolen and damaged but I didn’t do court because I just wanted to get out of there. The man who I’m speaking of acts innocent and unfortunately sometimes in moments like that you don’t have exact proof even tho it did happen. Thank god I had witnesses and went to the ER I had a miscarriage due to the physical altercations. Nothing really is as it seems I know that first hand.

He offered for her to come live with him, she already had a room in another city but moved because she wanted her child to be around it's father. Most of what she was claiming as evidence about the phone and even TV was more of conjectures of what she believed, not actually evidence. Even the place mats was a bit ridiculous as the picture of him with them could have been taken long enough before when she lived there or he could have very well gotten his own because he liked them. Even her picture of them is fishy as she was saying that her picture was of them in her apartment. Now, unless she had an apartment in her sister's house, I would be her place AFTER she moved out, meaning he couldn't have kept them. Even the TV is a bit of a scam as she was demanding $20 more than she actually paid in the first place. Unless that TV was brand new and she didn't get to use it, she would never be entitled to full value (or more as she wanted) or even replacement value.

I’m late on this. But I have been in a similar situation where the man was put out of his home I was staying in because of an argument and physical altercation. My stuff was thrown outside and I had 2 children with me. I needed to make sure I could get my belongings with my kids safely. I had a bunch of stuff stolen and damaged but I didn’t do court because I just wanted to get out of there. The man who I’m speaking of acts innocent and unfortunately sometimes in moments like that you don’t have exact proof even tho it did happen. Thank god I had witnesses and went to the ER I had a miscarriage due to the physical altercations. Nothing really is as it seems I know that first hand.
