Green fees are quite expensive in Portugal, Monte Rei 220 euro, expect to pay around 100 euro and upwards at most decent courses.. playing late afternoon is the cheapest way to play.
Not looking good Rory but I am going back to Barnbougle in Tasmania in Oct and hoping to get to King Island as well to play Ocean Dunes and Cape Wickham.
No doubt there are lots of outstanding courses but as Steffen has said 220 euros a round of golf no matter how great its rated is a lot of money. If you can afford it what the hell, enjoyed another good video Rory.
Cheers Nic. Not that I'm saying you are, but a lot of people when talking of high end green fees fail to consider a lot of contributing factors. Cost of maintenance of a world class course plus many other additional amenities built into the price. The service levels at Monte Rei are second to none and the course is other worldly good...you have to pay for that. You can't get a Wagyu fillet steak for the cost of a Happy Meal bruh. 😉😉
Just booked a nice trip to Spain next year, cheers your golf travel
Yes bruh! Which courses will you be playing?
El Chaparral is one of them
Great video and editing! Makes me want to do more golf travel videos. Liked and subscribed!
Thanks for watching!

Actually booking with YGT is the cheapest way to play considering we have a package for 3 Nights Accommodation + 2 Rounds of Golf from £435... 😉😉😉
Some decent looking paddocks there Rory.
Banging place the Algarve. How's your escape from Australia coming Robbo? ;-)
