The medical records should be telling and the defense isn't arguing about the broken ribs, the doctors medical testimony and being transported off the slopes. In her mind, the instructor was responsible for the situation, and he told her he would take care of it. If I was on the jury, I don't think I would side with the man who, unfortunately was injured. It's a complete blur i might? have been sedated?? no idea I don't remember the day i woke up looked around, i was on the living room couch, since my daughter didn't want me to be upstairs,,,, i saw her face,,, and she had to slowly tell me what happened, and what i had to do,,,,, it was scarey. unless you have a head injury there is no way to understand this case.

If someone skis up behind you and their skis go between your legs, it’s very easy to understand how the person in back would fall and you would fall on top of them. If he had skied up behind her with his skis outside of hers, he probably would’ve fallen on top of her.

Sounds like Paltrow is admitting that she left early, letting Christianson "handle it" so she could go to lunch. The medical records should be telling and the defense isn't arguing about the broken ribs, the doctors medical testimony and being transported off the slopes. This is a small snippet of testimony but it doesn't look good for Paltrow.

If this guy came gently skiing between her legs and took a tumble on her, where was the impact which would be required for both parties to have gotten hurt and him so terribly. Now, if he were below her and she plowed into him, it makes sense that 4 ribs would have been the result and a brain injury. Most likely that much trauma lends to HARD impact. Her story just doesn't add up. His does. And we agree, when danger from people who have no accountability is near Dr. Stay far away from the slopes!

When a drunk driver crashes into someone 9 times out of 10 the drunk driver lives and the other person dies or is badly injured.
