Yes, she is wretched. I think part of it is plain ol starstruck.
I don't understand the relevance of the cost of ski lessons for anyone, and especially the cost for the kid's lessons, and even bringing up the kids At All let alone by each of their names and their ages. Her kids have nothing to do with this! That's horrible. If I were her attorney I would have objected to this line of questioning as to relevance and the kids are not part of the lawsuit. This attorney is already trying to put words in her mouth.

The physicist who testified said that that was correct that she would fall on top according to the laws of physics etc.
