  • Hey everyone!
I only heard their album 'Music Battler' prior to this (+a few other songs).
Eager to get into their current lineup and just hear more of this unique and very fun group :D

Thanks for the triple! When I heard this on the studio album I couldn't wait for a live performance. Each instrument going off, plus all the vocals, plus they're just running around and having fun even though it's plenty technical. This live from Toyosu PIT is their best performance of Mirai Ronso I've seen, same with I wish I that you reacted to before. After you've finished the album run through I'd definitely recommend watching the whole show through for your own personal enjoyment :)

I liked this! And wow, a triple reaction 😮 That's dedication 😂 The ad in the middle made me laugh 🤭 it always happens when you really don't want it to. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi Nikki, what brings you here on Wembley Wednesdays?? 🤣
If you’ve not heard Gacharic Spin before you’ve just discovered my favourite fun band 🤩 (Nightwish is my serious band...though GS can do that too)
If you’d like to checkout more can I suggest their most popular song Mindset, or recent release Kachi kachi yama for more fun, or I wish I or Replica for something darker.
P.s. headphones on and turn it up loud 👍

Hey, thanks for stepping by! They are probably the most fun group I've discovered so far 😁
I can only support homegnomes suggestions!

One of the reasons that they went from a 4-piece to a 6-piece was that they could get rid of most backing tracks.
Tomo-Zo uses a lot of effects/pedals (she did from the start of the band) and sometimes, while you think it's a keyboard, you'll find out it was guitar all along.

Like the chiptune towards the end of Mindset 😁

I see you Ami Wolf... or rather I've started to notice you in the comments. *grin*
I've always wondered whether Oreo besides being insane on the keys, a brilliant singer and hyperactive performer - might also contribute to added sounds, effects, distortions etc? 🤔It's an option that opens up when you add a keyboard/synth player 🤪
Anyway, see you around - in the comments section *grin*

I've said it before, but yes. The amount of weird stuff that Tomo-zo does in songs that sometimes end up, I wouldn't say buried in the mix but there's just so many layers to everything that it's hard to pick out sometimes, especially on the studio versions, is crazy to me.
One of the best examples that I've seen is in the song "Frustration" where at around 3:10 in the studio version it's some weird noise going on that is just there. Then I saw the live one from what I guess is one of the covid streams or something, at around 3:07 in that and it's a lot more clear and made me go "What the hell was that noise?"
One of the reasons why it's fun to listen to different versions of the same song, different stuff pops out with different mixes.

Sorry for the offtopic again, but Broken By The Scream are coming to Vienna!! (August 13) Just wanted to let you know. I'll try to go there by all means.

One of my favorites of theirs. It's got that same funky beat as Mindset.

My second favourite of this album after MindSet (and just before Forever 9teen). I love the overall tempo and the funky bass + the vocals are great.
Probably one of my favourite Gacharic Spin tracks overall actually.

Same. This is my favorite sound of theirs.

Studio live for me on this one. Purely because it's the only available version where Tomo's outro solo (10:22) is properly audible. It's one of those TMZ solos where I go "what the heck is that note selection?".
I agree the live live looks incredibly fun to have been a part of though.

Definitely worth listening to three times - the live-with-audience in particular is great. They pack a lot of melodies into this song.
Btw I liked the OURAIM song you shared - is that a new record for discovery with the fewest subscribers?! (Commenting this here as I can't comment on community post.)

Nice 👍 I honestly only clicked on it because of the artwork, but I was surprised at how few subs it has once I heard it.

Hi, mistiming gone astray: official Studio Live - 48K views. 40 years ago, I used to listen to Mahavishnu orchestra, Weather Report,.. Chick Corea Elektric band,.. (some Big rock bands) and things like that.. Think they(Greats) could appreciate, and be just glad to cover this sick stuff (composition) Mirai Ronso. Just fenomenal. ძალიან მაგარია!

I can't think of any song off the top of my head of theirs where I prefer the studio/album version over the live one. At least of the ones with decent enough quality. There are times when I listen to them on something like Spotify and I'm slightly disappointed when it's not the live version. Tamashii isn't the same without Koga going "WAH! WAH! WAH! WAH!" in my ears ;D
