Can you say a bit more about the Pulte Realtor Advantage Program that you mentioned in the 24th minute? I couldn't find much more than "Pulte Homes has a preferred realtor program" online.
What about neighborhoods that aren’t these fancy houses , and have reasonable pricing under $250k for 4 bed? I get that people from the north have loads extra after they sell their house but now I’m stuck as a southerner wishing prices were what they were 4years ago!!
Have you looked at Wescott Plantation or even neighborhoods like Iron Gate, Quail Arbor, beautiful pre-owned homes with great neighbors and mature neighborhoods. I'd be happy to help!
I just don’t feel like $499 is a great price, you have to be making a pretty great income to afford that. Most healthcare workers and teachers can’t even come close. Don’t you need those professions in your community?
I get it. However, this is a neighborhood that has a ton of amenities, and that's all dictated in the house prices. There are a ton of neighborhoods and even move-in ready for $350k, it may not be $250k but it's still affordable if you're comparing it to renting.

8yrs? A lot can happen in 8yrs. I doubt these areas will still be building but you never know. The humidity isn't awful it's bearable.
