Hey Ryan, great job again on the video. You always pump me up about moving. Do you know how much the district improvement fee (even though I probably like to move to an area that doesn't have one) for Carnes Crossroads. I love the location plus I believe Mungo homes is building there and they have great builds.
@@RyanMcHughLivinginSummerville Thank you for the info. I'm just worried that Carnes Crossroads might be too far from downtown Charlestown if you had to go there for work or College (kids). Hewing Farms is where I'm coming down to check out. Mungo will let you build the house you want on the lot you want with great choices like the Webster, Warrick or my favorite, the Yates......it's only money!!! 😁

I still haven't been sold on any other homes Ryan has shown except the Mungo ones. 👍
