1. Why are there no basements? 2. Why are they built on top of each other, like urban inner city sprawl, no land, no frontage.
Do you have an estimate of the lot premiums?
I do not. But I reached out to the agent to ask.
Ok, lot premiums are $3,000 to $30,000. Most of the lots though are under $10k. Build time is 6-7months.
