    Superb... Spike and recovery video also do that for vitamins and cholesterol

    How u prepare the sample for analysis.. I have seen preperation of mobile phase, vitamin c standard preperation and running procedure of machines.. but not seen how sample is selected

    Hi, sorry but I have the question regarding the formula. I understand the calculation but somehow I'm confused on the dilution factor part, the dilution factor is mark up volume, mL divided with mass, g: hence in final calculation shouldn't the unit is still there? Meaning that we still have the ppm × ml/g unit? How can we just end up with ppm value since we haven't cancel out the ml/g unit. Please help me on this. Thanks a lot

      @MicroChemsExperiments  ปีที่แล้ว

      We found a unit from the dilution factor, which is ml/g. And the ppm means g/ml. So both units will cut each other.

    Hello maam
    If I send my sample for quantification and method development to a institutions,should I provide methodology?
    They gave me the results but the peaks are not good..
    They also charged 15k for method development because the methods i provided did not work..
    If they have developed the method the peak should come good m I right sir
    Actually my sample was a formulation that I developed

      You shouldn't provide methodology to the analytical laboratory while you are paying for the test.
      Method development includes best quality of chromatogram with a sharp and nice peak.

    Maam if chromatogram show more peaks than the desired compund ..what does it mean . Can It gives the wrong result for the quantification of our desired compund. Please rply
    And is it necessary to get relative area percentage 100% for the quantification of the desired compound.

    • @MicroChemsExperiments
      @MicroChemsExperiments  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your chromatogram may contain many peaks with different retention time. You should consider only that peak of retention time which match with the retention time of standard peak
