Our HPLC just came in this week! The maintenance technician said 100mcL was the max injection and did not mention a need to filter samples or solvents. We will follow these protocols as we get comfortable with the machine :)

only 1L solvent 15 min sonication is not need its 1min per 1L, for filtering samples never use something to pull sample into syringe.. you should pour from top with plunger removed and filter attached. and never ever fill hplc vial past the 1.5ml mark. very nice instrument i wish i used that in school

У меня грузом лежит новый оборудование HPLC компании агилент. рабочий стол и интерфейс на английском языке и я не могу загрузит данные на компьютер.
