I live in Central Coast California, & the many cotoneasters the birds 'gifted' me many years ago, are now monsters, & sport more berries for the migrating cedar waxwings that come feast, & make a mess (meaning more seedlings that I now toss out.)

Kudos and hats off to you George. You are always so 110% thorough and meticulous. You go above and just the lawn and plant care, you remove thrash, repairing palings, remove dirt from piles of firewood then restack them neatly. And you always remove grass trimmings. Amazing.
Another number one pass for you George, the tenant should be paying you for saving his backside, rental inspections can be brutal. Great transformation as always George. The councils in Australia and NZ appear to be very generous in providing both large sized houses and adjacent land. This can be bad if the tenant is old, disabled or sick and can’t maintain the outside space. Here in the US…the government provides apartment housing for lower-income disabled and seniors. All the common areas are maintained by staff and lawn service is provided. That’s usually in major cities but I’m not sure in rural or smaller towns or villages.

Quick cuts/Jim's mowing, you do an awesome, job mate. You are very thorough with your work no shortcuts no cutting corners. Good on you. What surprises me is that I think you are the only one who does yard transformation and does not use a riding mower. You are still working Ol Skol with your push mower. The only problem with using a push mower is hitting dog poop and splattering all over our clothes. Absolutely crazy and😣 will just ruin the rest of my day.
Believe it or not, all contractors in Tasmanian use self-propelled or push mowers because we catch the grass and take it away. Riding mowers are used on larger jobs where the grass doesn't need to be caught. Riding mowers are good for large flat, open areas where the grass doe ant need to be caught. You need to watch some more Aussie content 🙂

Exactly using a 🪜. A lot of the Lawncare channels don’t use a 🪜. Using one makes the job better cutting the 🌲

Kudos and hats off to you George. You are always so 110% thorough and meticulous. You go above and just the lawn and plant care, you remove thrash, repairing palings, remove dirt from piles of firewood then restack them neatly. And you always remove grass trimmings. Amazing.
Every time I thought George was finished, there was another part to be done! I'm surprised it only took 12 hours. Looks great!

Great transformation as always George. The councils in Australia and NZ appear to be very generous in providing both large sized houses and adjacent land. This can be bad if the tenant is old, disabled or sick and can’t maintain the outside space.
Here in the US…the government provides apartment housing for lower-income disabled and seniors. All the common areas are maintained by staff and lawn service is provided. That’s usually in major cities but I’m not sure in rural or smaller towns or villages.

Quick cuts/Jim's mowing, you do an awesome, job mate. You are very thorough with your work no shortcuts no cutting corners. Good on you. What surprises me is that I think you are the only one who does yard transformation and does not use a riding mower. You are still working Ol Skol with your push mower. The only problem with using a push mower is hitting dog poop and splattering all over our clothes. Absolutely crazy and😣 will just ruin the rest of my day.
Believe it or not, all contractors in Tasmanian use self-propelled or push mowers because we catch the grass and take it away. Riding mowers are used on larger jobs where the grass doesn't need to be caught. Riding mowers are good for large flat, open areas where the grass doe ant need to be caught. You need to watch some more Aussie content 🙂
