Funny that the hinges on my 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback is a lot more robust than the weak little hinges on my new 2025 Model Y. 😂 no wonder why Tesla is the only EV company that is actually making profit as their quality is really low 😂😂 I still feel like my old Mazda has a better overall build quality.

My sense is that a number of these will be "spontaneously combusting" starting about a year from now in order to file an insurance claim for a total vehicle loss.

People who buy this truck should be documented. They are so cool and smart normal not wealthy people should be allowed to learn from them and pay homage to them.

How to repair the existing door assembly and fender? Wouldn't one need templates or a 3d model and CMM to locate datum reference points? Eyeball? How did you procure new body components?

IMO the vehicle is terrible for many reasons, but this video was excellent. Really interesting and well presented.

Don't worry about the fitment of the panels - all the other ones are WAY off anyway. Worst fit I have ever seen on a vehicle.

Let’s b honest here,these toys are only for rich people now for a normal person.My brother works for insurance company and he told me what’s really going on .Did u take a look 👀 at the news today a rock 🪨 hit the transfer case made a little hole and he got quoted for 7,779$ to fix the problem U telling me that’s normal for a person to pay that much Nop but at least you making that money fixing it lol 😂 I’m shocked Tesla allows u to do the repairs and deal whit the repairs

I don't understand why the HV and MV procedures would change from one week to the next. Does this mean Tesla didn't get it right the first time? Because HV is disabled via a mechanical safety connector so I assume the change would have been in the software to shut down the mid voltage side. But why should that change? It's actually a big safety issue if Tesla is modifying these basic safety steps.

I am wondering if the upper control arms are updated for model 3. Older models tend to develop squeaks in front end due to poor lubrication inside the boot.

I doubt this thing is repairable without costing enough to just scrap them.

Why can't you use the physical latches to open the doors?, that's what they are made for.

Those panel gaps were like that from the factory.

Show me an accident that was shown to be due to an uncalibrated camera. There's a lot of misinformation on "Camera Calibration". Camera calibration on most vehicles is self calibrating and the "dealer calibration" is simply a verification that the camera was installed correctly after windshield replace so that it can then self calibrate or calibrate via a service menu available to owner.

It looks like a dumpster I say use it as a dumpster. FIXED. 😂
