My preference is for "history videos" for this universe to be based on the novels. This comes from someone who enjoyed the show more, by the way. The novels, by nature, provide more information. At first i was confused why all the Game of Thrones battles were missing - but that's because this is based on the series that didn't have any battles in the first season.

Meanwhile, the Battalions of Zhell and the Taungs, having battled each other on Coruscant (then known as Notron) for approximately 110'000 years... Or Alsakan having gone to war against the Republic on 17 separate occasions... Or the Kumauri hurling asteroids at planets, only ever stopped by the invention of the Planetary shield... Or the Tionese war between the "honourable union of Desevro & Tion and the Galactic Republic... Or the first Jedi Purge, initiated by Darth Sion and Darth Nihilus, previously part of the Sith Triumvirate... Or the Eternal Empire's conquest against the Republic and Reconstituted Sith Empire... You know, for having included every single war in Star Wars, you sure missed a lot...
