@tuckerbeddiges i have klx 150 (it have same engine displacement and spec with klx 140, but with headlamp, turn signals, etc) and do some enduro stuff with that. I did the engine build too but im not using a big bore or stroker kit, just stock displacement but i change the piston and conrod with forged material, change all the engine bearing with FAG ceramics ball bearing, chopped the cylinder head to make 1:11 compression ratio, lightened the flywheel, use PWK 28mm carbs (form kx 85), change to KX 250 ignition coil and change the CDI with BRT with 11K Rpm limiter. I use FMF full sys for klx 140, Twin Air Filter for KX85. Its produce around 11-12 Hp with 11-12 Nm Torque on wheel now, but when the engine still fresh in 2018, its produce around 15 hp and 15 Nm on wheel

Totally, I’m super impressed with the durability and price point of all their stuff

@@tuckerbeddiges good, I love to watch all your build from eps 1 until you race it, good one... BTW when you are Installing KX front fork, what did you do to make it fit in klx frame?, i have some plan to put it in my bike in the future

@@motobing6669 I used a kx100 wheel, it bolts right up. The only thing that’s different is the 100 uses a 420 sprocket and 140 uses 428

@@ThePinoypounder I’ve only tried the yoshi on mine, but I would say it’s definitely the best, since all the fast guys run them, and all my friends who have run different exhausts have all switched to the yoshi

They are ttr125 forks, which is why there’s so much sticking out at the top. The swingarm actually doesn’t add any height, it’s the longer shock that adds height. I put them on because of the super powerful front brake and good dampening.

Yeah and the cylinder was still in great shape. It also doesn’t see a lot of unnecessary rev limiter. Quality stuff 👌

@ i loved your xr100 build i personally have an xr100 just like that with all the goodies on it

@@Slow.a10 I was able to still use the brace, there was just enough room on the shift shaft for the shifter. I just had to get longer bolts

what brand shift shaft are you running? Got an FM one but a little thick

Not at the moment, the tb one I had broke so I made a plug to delete the kill switch

You don’t have to bore the cases when you do the 170 kit

I just had to move the wheel back in the swingarm, so I don’t have a whole lot of room to adjust the chain. But for me it was worth saving $400

@@Tooturntforyoy ttr125 forks. They work a lot better than 65 forks, and they fit in stock klx clamps. I use a yz65 front wheel w/ custom spacers

@@Levisgarage116 they are stock xr100 wheels, I just got the rims cerakoted black.

I tried that, and it was still ridiculously hard to pull. The master cylinder is a 10.5mm so it doesn’t make the pull much easier, it’s just more consistent and smoother now

@ what year is your Klx 110. I have an 07 fully built klx110 with a 143 on it and was wondering about that clutch kit. Where did you order it?

@ not anymore, I switched to a lightened stock flywheel

@ it would randomly stop working, I think water was getting in the harness somewhere when I washed it

@@Drz4Dayz we all run shinko trials tires on stock wheels, the adult 150 bikes run wide wheels and legit flat track tires but they don’t allow those in the maddog class

That’s awesome! I am super impressed with the kit, it makes a lot of power and takes a lot of abuse and it still runs like a charm

They are bbr e6 forks, these are configured for a crf50 but with a different drum brake post they can go on a klx110 too
