Gluten-Free Prepping - Ideas on How to Store Gluten Free Foods to Maintain Freshness
When you or a loved one is gluten-free by necessity and not by choice, it is so important to stock up on the items you couldn't live without if something bad were to happen. In this video, I share some things we've figured out when stocking our pantry for our large family.
We are a large gluten-free homesteading family. We strive to grow, raise and preserve a lot of what we eat to avoid cross-contamination and gut-related issues. We make most of what we eat out of one ingredient foods. That means we take simple ingredients and put them together in fun and tasty ways that don't break the bank.
If you are gluten-free and are looking for ideas on things to stock your pantry with, you've come to the right place. Many of our videos feature gluten-free pantry ideas, recipes, and tips on stocking a pantry that is gluten-free and healthy.

I am new at being gluten free, I was tested for celiac disease and it tested negative but I was tested for IBS, SIBO and lactose intolerance those three were tested positive. I did some research on my own and found out that I am gluten sensitive and I should follow a celiac diet. Once I stopped eating gluten my stomach stopped hurting and what ever else goes along with that. I try and watch everything about gluten free foods and I always have to watch the nutritional information on everything. This is a full blown research job.

How do you think using the 30-inch long spiked post holders, which you pound into the ground and then attach the 4x4 post, would work rather than concreting the posts in? I have used them for a 30 ft long trellis, an animal pen, and the pergola over my patio...without any bending or swaying whatsoever. I am wondering, however, if the weight of the clothes would eventually cause a problem...?

It tastes really nice with chilli or soup. th-cam.com/video/dPTRYh7Vwa8/w-d-xo.html. I hope they help get you started. The best store-bought GF bread is the O'Doughs brand. They have nice bagels. If you toast those, be sure to butter them right away or they turn really hard. The butter keeps them nice to eat.
