I just want to let you know that your doing a freaking amazing job! The pacing is better, the extra details are great and help with understanding everything. I feel it's a lot easier to keep up with all thats going on. Taking the time to explain things, concepts, character feelings, etc, has painted a much clearer story and I really appreciate it. It's been years since I've played GFL1 and watching this has been a great help as I go into GFL2. Shattered Connexion was the last major story event I can recall so I'm really excited to see that and all the other major story events because playing GFL2 I know some major stuff went down between where I left off and the present. Thank you for doing this, my time is limited and I'm not sure I'd be able to get caught up otherwise.

If they don't plan to bring it back, then there's a chance that when the English content runs out, I'll probably quit the game(

I just wanna say that your channel is very helpful. While I did play a lot of GFL 1 years ago, I never finished the story and I forgot a lot of the major plot beats that happened, so your recap of the first game's story will help me understand and appreciate GFL 2's story more. My only request is that I hope you also present more context from GFL 1 in scenarios that call for it, like you did in this video explaining who Earl is.

This was my first GFL event and must I tell you I enjoy it a lot, love what this game is doing in respect of storytelling and yes a bit of character design, I want to know so much more about this story and all the background and will be waiting for other videos you are planing!

finnally got around to watch this 2 video though I am still at 1h mark, gotta say idk if i speak for all but at least i would love to see in depth character for example what does groza do in the 1 game how does she come in contact with comander why is she an outlier and can be with comander if her personality is diferent from what it was before. since this is gatcha game alot of emphase is put on individual characters and people tend to want to know about their favorite ones this would make shorter videos that casuals could look for, there is allready videos about chapther 1/ this newer content (btw i dont een know if somo of the info is available i just look for these in other games) good video

So Ulrid basically achieved what Dolores did in the Westworld tv series, true sentience. Unlike Dolores though, she has no grand goals to pursue. Maybe that's for the best since if its Dolores in that hunting games, she will hunt and kill humans instead.

will the event be playable again in the future? never played this type of game before, installed 2 days ago and just unlocked it but its all closed and i see i missed a character :/

Not gonna lie, not far into GF2 so currently wondering if the commander of the second is still the same commander or not. The fact that I have yet to see any of the dolls mentioned in both parts of this seems evidence atm of a new commander with few or no ties to the first commander (to myself so far at least).

i accidentally used up some ssr copies as fodder...can i get them back somehow? is there a dismantle option anywhere?

Do the players saying it was boring are newcomers? GFL1 is very text heavy and this was nothing out of normal. If anything it was absolute cinema with Ullrid being like Moses leading her people through the wasteland.

I for one, wasnted to see the Doll community fall with the consqunce of their inactions. It be a great exanple how they just didnt work if they cant work things out. They're indicision and Bathomle berating Ullrid even tho she was just a coward, saying stuff like your just a T-doll who wants to fight for fun. Was enought to show Urliid this is a lost cause. Roseland, had came to Ulrid and shown they were running out of supplies. I assume supplies are like food to Dolls. Meaning their going to start starving.. So it was dscided they had to proceed to the red zone, or try to relocate to the power plant they just found, that had resources and even doll repair pods. Built in facilities. But they would have fight for it, in both options. Urlid tried really hard to try and take the Thermal plant, for the dolls. But she met resistance, berating and indicision at every turn.. Whole voting thing was a thorn against her. They needed leadership to take action. At the final battle, when it apprently failed once again, things just went wrong and Dolls got hurt etc etc.. I was kinda happy too See Urlid announce shes resigning and she will leave on her own (take Suomi with you pleas!) .. Shes really too good for this doll comunity and she was trying to hard for them. Bathsmolve won, now you lead the dolls instead with your cowardcy!. At that time Ulrid gave them a 3rd option.. go back to the humans. They would be safer than the other two options without fighting. They wouldnt dye out then I guess. This would also be great, if Urlid was to eventually find her way to the Elmo and mee the commander, along with Suomi if she went with her. But it kinda pissed me off a bit Littera giving that bs speech and convincing Urlid to stay. The Doll community collapsing would of been a good lore piece. Ulrid was in the right the whole time from my opinion, they had to fight to survive. Urlid pushing responsibility to a vote is kinda her own fault their tho. Also, how did you get all those extra scenes ? I dont recall seeing them.. did I miss a story on the evemt ?? I swear I never seen some of those images before. You included details that I didnt even see or can remember. So I guess thats good in a way.

Suomi as a character basically embodies the "loyal dog, dead master" trope, but ngl I'm impressed by the writers to subvert the common ending of that trope in favor of a bittersweet, but ultimately tragic ending for Suomi, she'll (presumably) forever fight alongside Ullrid and her group talking about Commander this and that as if they'll meet again someday "soon", therefore resuming her vain optimism that she already spent a decade+ living after Griffin's downfall.
