Ooooh I certainly can confirm that it takes looooooong to get your mortgage! Ridiculously long! You can get a loan or mortgage approved in max 3 weeks abroad some even just by putting numbers and application online whilst it takes up to a bloodC. Year to get your mortgage thru in JN yeah defo 6 months should be in your calculations 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ And make sure you have references lined up, and not normal references it feels like you need to be close friends with the PM to get a bank account in JN. The rules are ridiculous! Beyond ridiculous! But they wait soon competition will arrive and slap all the traditional banks with their 100yrs old rules slapped out their thrones. Ps: I love your vibe

It is also important to have an Electrical Plan which is separate from architectual plan...This is required for your house to be inspected and issue a compliance certificate. The compliance certificate is required to get JPS meter or light at your house...

I like to see videos like these it encourage me to build, and here I was with more than 20 million to build a 3 bedroom and sacred it's not enough.😮

If 1 gallon of paint does 450sq ft why did you need 8 gallons? Most you need is 4 gallons to do 2 coats on each side - also why was your paint labour cost free?

Nice project. However a couple things stood out. That’s a crazy amount of thinset on the floor. Also, maybe they laid them short but I’m wondering if horizontal steel was used between the blocks. Many stirrups weren’t bent properly and some were made using too much steel. Edit: No ventilation in bathroom🥹
