You forgot to mention the cost for the plan. Someone was quoting me around $250000 to draw up a plan and said it was discounted since I know him. He also said he does building. I am bit skeptical about knowing someone and letting them build your house, mark you we are not friends

It's always best to get the code for each room and procedures from parish council first then look in the stores at standard shower doors and then have the plan drawn up using the code. Remember furniture and fridge has to go through the doors so make the doors wide for furniture. Also if you are going to age in place make one floor or a bedroom on first floor. The house plan such be accessible for wheel chair

It’s actually soooo helpful to hear people talking about failing because it encourages people to keep trying even if they fail. As a person who also has had failed business attempts I will say we can never be 100% percent ready - things will always catch us off guard but the bravery is in trying. Kudos to you girl! Do a 50 savings challenge each month, where the 1st day of a new month you save 50, day 2 - 100 so each day is increasing by $50 and by the end of the month you can roughly $25,550 (bare in mind that some months carry 30 days and 31 days, so the months thst carry 30 days you can save up to $23,550 and the months that have 31 days you can save up to $25,550) by the year should done you will have a decent amount😊❤.
