Which wire is ground and which is constant power on that original turn signal? Green is ..black and yellow is … and black is? Our lights are a little different and as long as I know which one isn’t the flasher and which is constant switched power I can go from there. Thanks in advance.

I had Ford truck with a 300 CI engine. Used Amsoil starting at 6000 miles. At 120,000 miles the cam bearing, lifters and pushrods were worn out. I changes oil every 6 months never put more than 12,000 a year on the truck. Had the engine repaired and switched to Mobil 1 and never had anymore issues. That was in 1992.

Overpriced. I know its good oil, but for every 5-6k miles, any good quality full synthetic will work fine for less money.

Been using Amsoil for over 30 years and selling for 27 years. Will not use any other oil. No other oil comes close. I have always used the signature series or equivalent, as it was not labeled as such until more recent times. The 0w30 used to have a 35k oil change recommendation, which I practiced on one vehicle for over 360k. No problem with varnish. They backed off the 35k to the standard 25k with the newer engine technologies such as vvt and direct injection. I had the oil tested and according to the results, the oil was good for twice the recommendation. The oil you are using is still a 100% synthetic, just doesn't have the additive package for extended drain intervals. Must change it at recommended intervals. Still a way better product than other so called full synthetic oils, as most are only a 25% synthetic content. If you are going to use the OE series, just change regular and you will have a much better engine life than using other brands.

A good product but I just couldn't justify the cost anymore. Having great luck with Valvoline full synthetic.

My cummins loves some schaffers. Used to run royal purple, amsoil. Tried them all.

Amsoil is excellent if you can afford it every 5k or 6 months. I can't. Make it more affordable than more people would buy it.

A lot of people say Amsoil is the best but then say they change it every 15k or 20k and some even say they top it off. I use Mobil 1 in my 67 Impala which I use as a daily driver. Never had to top it off and I change mine every 6 months. I do have a bigger oil pan so I use 7 quarts and the oil is semi clear after 6 months.

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. Amsoil is better but for the price point, Pennzoil will do just fine.

My friend said that he had to use proper filters with it. A mechanic did not believe him when he told him how old his pistons were. Apparently they have some kind of additive you get from Ocean wildlife which reduces the initial friction when you start the engine up in the first cycles

Those first pieces you removed where the shoulder seat belts come through, that say AIR BAG on them, is there any danger in removing them? It looks like you just yanked them off, I need to do the same for my rear defroster as it stopped working.

I have the Diablo Platum tuner with dash screen and unlocked PCM. It has the option to change the "throttle-response-time", and I have it set to the max. It's awesome, but the pedal is still a bit spongy. Do you know if I can use the Pedal Monster with my Diablo Tuner for a better response?

Valvoline full synthetic high mileage has a far better additive package. Amsoil (signature series) looks just like Rotella T6 under a vergin oil analysis, but at least T6 has Molybdenum. Amsoil really only has a high ZDDP profile and a little Boron. Amsoil success is because of the procebo effect. Is it bad oil? No, it's good oil, but it's not worth $16 a quart. Amsoil bragging right it's 100% pure synthetic which allows you to go 20k between oil changes. It boils down to what more important to you, less oil changes or better anti wear additive packages. Me personally I'd rather have a better additive package and change my oil every 5K

For all those who say its easier and cheaper to just use the cheap stuff and xhange it every 1000 miles. Rather than be unable to plan a oil change and have Amsoil delivered to your door within a day or two or a week outside the US. With the best stuff ever made that will prolong the life of your vehicle just by going to a website making a few clicks spending a few dollars upfront to save thousands dollars of repairs down the road by using the top tier lubricants yeah that makes way to much sense. Ever hear of the figure of speech "Garbage in garbage out" go ahead never experience the benefit of reduced friction has to offer the savings you reap in less wear and tear and increased fuel savings and warding of catastrophic power train failure is always a excellent choice. Forsest Gump said it best "stupid is as stupid does".

Hard to find Amsoil. Would rather change my car oil every 1000 miles with cheaper oil, before spending and waiting for Amsoil.

My big issue is the bake pedal and the gas pedal! My foot gets caught behind the brake pedal when I switch from the gas to press the brake pedal. It seems the brake pedal sets higher that the gas pedal. It happens a lot when I wear boots. Has anyone else have the same problem?

My opinion is learn how to properly orient your videos.

I'm an Amsoil guy for the last 22yrs. I change oil every 12k miles regardless of months. All three of my vehicles are still running strong, no internal engine issues. 22, 19 and 17 year old vehicles.

Any good Synthetic oil changed every 5k miles with the filter will exceed your engine's requirements. No MLM Amsoil needed.

Great video! Is it safe to use the negative as ground instead of having a dedicated ground wire? Other lights I have seen have an added ground wire.

Tried Amsoil for 2 oil changes. Not worth the money if you change your oil regularly. I'd never ever got over 4k even with Amsoil. I switched back to Valvoline Advanced.
