Good morning 🌅, that must of been megabucks, , I have a 2003 Deuce, that I am hoping to work on over the winter, someone as already done some work on it, SnS cams geared drive, 510g I don’t know if it as a big bore kit or not, I will carry on watching your rebuild on this engine. It sounds interesting., but I think it’s out of my price range,

When a tc88 has a con rod bearing failure, what test is ran to determine whether the pin can be pressed out, and new rods, bearings snd a pin be installed and the assembly get trued up. Or if the flywheel assembly is not rebuildable and must get a new one?? Thank you!

13:20 One trick to get air bubbles out is to drill a pin hole in the back side of the plastic and let the air bleed out. They make very small drill bits that are perfect for that. They're also perfect for drilling a hole in your fingernail after it turns black to drain the blood after smashing it with a hammer two days earlier.
