Then MCA on complaint provide me two login that i had craeted one in v2 and one in V3 and ask me which account need to be deactivated. I again make complaint mentioning the exact v2 portal login to deactive . The MCa deactovated both my account and then i creat new in v3 . They did not mail me regarding this when i go and see complaint status there is shows MCA reply You just need to make complaint to deactivate your all account in mca data base

Solution: Create REGISTER USER in V3 with different email. You will get login credentials. With that do login and then update your profile to BUSINESS USER.

In my case, Along with PAN they are asking " Answer hint question" but there is no such questions available on the screen. How to resolve?

Please check this email id should not associate with his DIN or membership No.
If not associated with his DIN or membership no then use other email id and associate with PAN.

You just need to make complaint to deactivate your all account in mca data base
