Could be a clogged catalytic converter, I swapped to ECS Tuning FHC. A while after this video, the code showed up, so I went to a mechanic, and they pointed out that the O2 sensor before the catalytic converter was hotter than it should be. So I swapped out the cat and haven't had the boost code again.

They changed the lower plenums in the 06 and 07.

He didn't show the one thing the whole point of the video was for. He held the wastegate open by its rod, then heated it up and slightly bent the internal arm that holds the waste gate flapper or door. It compensates for the sloppy, worn out arm and rod pivots, and holds wastegate door tighter against opening, preventing boost leak, preventing the under boost dtc code from appearing.

What fixes that code?

@@latenightgarage7895 This stuff works ok if you are running it in newer engines. That said if you are running a high quality full synthetic, a quality filter, and changing it regularly intervals not exceeding 5k miles, then there shouldn’t be any need for the flush. Conventional oil tends to create junk and slime. On high mileage engines it’s not a great idea unless you are committed to pulling the oil pan and truly cleaning it out, including the oil pickup tube. Also it can cause some gaskets to leak. Over time the sludge can get baked into the gasket and essentially create a seal. When you flush it then bye bye seal from sludge. It can unstick rings like you said at the end but there is still risk of damage due to all the additional debris in the oil. They make other additives for piston rings.

Double oil change... M8 I drive Diesel if you do the replacement do it once runn the engine the normal duration and that's it.... I have old school engines wich runn on mineral oil thik heavy dense stuff,then there are this synthetic new types... never used additives never used engine flush never done double oil change... reason is it endangers the piston sleeves... can have a negative impact on the fire 🔥 ring if it gets there, even the gasket can be effected if the engine is well used and has milge... hapend to 4 people I know.... Anyway wish you all the best. One more thing I am not disputeng the cleaning properties of the engine flush... the solvents used to dilute the used oil are similar to paint thinner etc

Understand, when I got the car, I replaced the timing and a lot of seals with it. Next, I have to do my clutch, so then I'll be replacing rear main and oil pan gaskets, but as far as internals, that's where I'd get nervous. I have faith that my car will be fine, but older and higher mileage cars I get what could happen

​@@latenightgarage7895 use WIX, some of the best filters to exist. K&N isn't horrible, but not great either, be sure to stay far the fuck away from fram.

@@latenightgarage7895Napa gold is just WIX filters painted black, the Wix and Napa gold have the tightest filter tolerances, 2 microns if memory serves correctly, this is also experience from a diesel though so take that with a grain of salt

But what part are you asking for, reason I ask is that the 03 already have the MRev2 lower plenum in them. So don't waste your money on that, as for the top kinetix intake that's worth the money, even adding in a 75mm TB would be good or some thermal upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. I have a video on that, it reduces heat transfer by a lot.

@@latenightgarage7895 well i just ported a mr2 lower plenum off my de idk if it was 03 motor as car is 05 and runners got ported to match the gasket with 5/8 spacer car feels like the power band is more lower but i didnt really do a pull on it yet as i bolted it up and drove to work
