Oh my first car….. old, smelled bad, all the rust you would ever want…. But guess who’s car started, in a blizzard, and jumped the newer ones!!! It was an 69 Pontiac lemans, 2 door. Probably had 5 million miles on it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 P.S. no air conditioning and very little heat- my mom gave me a blanket to cover my legs. I survived 😊

I've been in those churches too. One had the volume so loud it hurt my ears. Banners and tambourines can be distracting if in the wrong hands.

i remember the first car i had that had the headlights on the steering wheel. i was going down the road just a stomping all over the floor with my left foot, trying to find the switch to turn off my high beams!😅

My dream in life is heated seats in my car. This was such a funny bit! BTW my first car was a 68 mustang GT, (in 1974) that I promptly turned around and wrecked leaving school the first week I had it. 😂😂😂❤

My dad was a baptist minister. My mom was the church pianist. And my brother and I were along for the ride. 😂

I did not like virtual church. I never isolated and never caught covid. We gathered for dinners etc and none of us got sick.

Last car I bought had heated seats. When I got in for a test drive the salesman had turned on the heated seat without telling me. Scared me so bad I said “ my biscuits are burning!” Salesman laughed real hard.

Jonnie, I have a story for you. My friend introduced me to a man named Chris. He picked me up in his luxury car. This was the first time I ever sat inside a BMW. I felt being warm. I thought to myself, “Am I having a hot flash?” I have had them before. This feels different. The feeling was not going away. I said the him, “Please don’t take this the wrong way. My butt is hot.” He smiled and said, “I agree I do think you are very attractive.” I got embarrassed. I blushed. I said, “Im not boasting. There is something wrong with your car seat.” Then that is when he told me about the feature of heated seats. I told him to please turn it off. He admitted he was trying to impress me. 😂😂😂

I drew a radio on a rectangle shaped piece of cardboard & put in the place where the radio was supposed to go! I even drew little stations LMAO 72 super beetle with no 2nd gear 😎 🙏❤️🇺🇸

😂 I grew up in and still attend Pentecostal Church. I've been at this new church about 6 mo and they don't got a tambourine!!! I feel it's a sin in itself! So I'm gonna buy one and bring it! I love me a tambourine in church. 😅 God Bless! 🙏❤️🇺🇸

My friend you were living high on the hog, driving around in a green 73 Electra. My first "car" was a 1967 Rambler 770 coupe. It cost me $175.00, two checks from part-time job at a burger joint and two dates. It consumed more motor oil than gas, it was a virtual sieve. God bless you.

My grandmother, Edna, had 3 sons close in age. When 1 did wrong all 3 got spanked under the "you are your brother's keeper" theory. It worked well as they kept each other out of trouble. Until they died they always watched out for each other and gave assistance when needed.😊

Can I qualify as an old school mom at 40? Mine are all under 7 yo… I tell them, choose love not pain. If you don’t do what I ask the first time I ask you get punishment and punishment is a pain… So don’t choose pain… Works most of the time. Sometimes Inhave to count 1… 2… And before I say 3 they spring into action because it’s better than the alternative… But overall they’re very cooperative and will happily come to my aid when I call for them… I make them clean up after themselves. I have little portable vaccum cleaner in the kitchen… I got great kids, can’t complain… They’re little so they’re still learning to share and take turns, but overall they play well with each other… It’s great to see their bond…
