Among gamers; medieval/rennaisance reenactors....we know all the words. We frequently repeat them. LOL The sheer SILLINESS...combined with realism...is precious.

The larp went fine, until Lancelot got carried away and killed a bunch of people. Including the historian. Riding the only horse in the movie, mind you.

Good reaction. The main cast was the members of Monty Python's Flying Circus (just Monty Python for short), a sketch comedy show which ran on BBC1 from 1969-1974, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin, Graham Chapman (King Arthur in this), and Terry Gilliam (the animator of the group). This movie plays like a bunch of connected sketches with them playing multiple roles, absurd comedy mostly, like the show. Their next movie, The Life of Brian, is a more linear story. Worth watching.

Yes, given how much you seemed to appreciate the Pythons' absurdist humour, you should definitely check out more Monty Python. Their other must-see film is Monty Python's Life of Brian, so I'd make that one a priority. If you're craving more after that, there's And Now For Something Completely Different (in which they recreate many of the sketches from their TV show), The Meaning of Life (new material but also a series of separate sketches), and the one that often gets overlooked Monty Python Live at the Hollywood Bowl (the Python team performing live on stage). Fawlty Towers, which you mentioned, was John Cleese's solo project after the Pythons went their separate ways. I wasn't sure if you'd seen it, but if you haven't, that's worth checking out too. Only twelve half-hour episodes, but every one a comedy masterpiece!

Woohoo, 15th like, Ryan! (I think? I wanted to be 1st or 10th, but alas.) Good choice for a reaction. Agreed, the first film is more iconic, but tie-ins were clever while the gore and complexity was really amped up for this one - the highway scene is so far my favorite opening! (Granted, I still haven't seen all of them!) You looked perpetually on edge and absolutely shocked by so many of the deaths scenes, but apart from the airbag one which was your "favorite"? Regarding the rules, I think it is implied that counter to "Death" there is also a opposite force of "Life" (maybe "Luck"?) that checks it - something has to be providing those premonitions, no? And I swear, that beard is getting more brown/red somehow!

My dad was an automotive electronics teacher for decades. Most of the tools are wrong in their aspect but not their function. When keyless start got popular signal interceptors jumped in sales as well along with high end vehicle thefts. The ferrari box they use IS a real device. Its a mobile PCM, or car-brain. It has software designed to circumvent security measures to effectuate repairs when a key cannot be found or the systems are somehow defective. You can hook it in, bungee lash it under the hood and drive around. Some things like power steering might not work, or other luxury add ons might not bw powered but they work for portage just fine. Short-circuiting a window alarm by bypassing the contacts and faking an all-clear signal? Not specific to cars but very real and technically doable with a coat hangar and gum wrappers. Thats why most systems have overlapping layers of detection, like microphones or other vibration sensors away from the window frame. The thing most wrong in this movie is the using of ignition picks to turn the ignition switch. The way the terminator does it is more realistic: rip open the steering column and use a wrench(or robot hand) to break the roll-locks in the tumbler and force the cylinder over to complete the circuit. Old 6 amp circuits were 3 point so they could sometimes be hotwired. Thats been fixed but most designs still rely on a cylinder ignition switch so forcing them and replacing them later tends to be the preferred method. However, every car dealer knows what that damage or replacement implies and will pull the paper on that car. Replacing VIN numbers on the engine and frame takes some know-how, as does revealing different levels of attempts at masking those efforts but matching them to an active database is much more diffucult. All in all id say its as real as could be. And no, they arent supposed to show you how its done. But anyone that works on cars already knows so... ya know

Finally!! A worthy entry for the 1st reaction in 2025! But alas, Sodd's Law struck again, so I only managed to watch it earlier tonight. Still, I had my apple/pomegranate tea and some cookies next to me and said, let's go (Andy), haha! However ... I must preface this, I think this is the first time we disagree on a film overall, Ryan. Ehhh, the film was barely okay to me, as for everything I liked in it, there was an immediate counterpart or two of which I did not like. Fine, set design and visuals are indeed top notch and a good throwback to the original film but then the longer I watched the film, I realized *everything* in _Romulus_ is a throwback - okay, cool at first, but eventually goes totally overboard, to the point of no script originality and fan service gone amok. Especially *that* most awkward and cringiest line, said by Andy. (I didn't like his character very much, any of them actually, but his actor, David Jonsson, was the best one casted and the best actor in the entire film!) To echo what you said, the film might be a labor of love, but certainly not a labor of imagination! Hopefully the announced greenlit sequel corrects this, lol! But, but, but, this is a reaction video, and that I loved, ofc!! Especially the later, more action part of the film, in particular all the scenes with the Offspring, ugh! And thank you very much for not seeing it in theater, but saving it for the channel audience! And also to keep the tradition of highlights alive,, here they are: ... *Best Scare* : Too many!! You were so unprepared for several of them, haha. *Best Shocking Moment* : Either Navarro's "impregnation" or the first appearance of "The Offspring". You looked positively gagged there! *Best Line* : _"Is she gonna explode?"_ *Best Poetry Reading* : _"If this ship gets fucked, you're gonna be stuck!"_ Great, now I have to do a marathon of all videos to see which is my favorite!! I think you're talking about Predator 2 when the woman was Pregnant, and it chose not to harm her. Aliens are different they don't care if the host is empty or not. They will still get you and use your body.

It was alright this movie, and honestly, when I watched it for myself the first time, but now I am checking to other's reactions to it. But honestly, other than the motion sickness I got from the camara moving around for a second or two when everyone is floating in the first few seconds of the movie. I got motion sickness from that. But other than that, I don't know, I feel like the Alien Romelus movie wasn't as terrifying as I was hoping for...!!! I mean we already got an alien hybrid before, with Alien resurrection during Ripley's movies. She's still the OG Badass. I don't care what anyone says. Ripley was the Queen of these movies first. But however as for horror in this film. There are only a few spots that got to me, otherwise...! I was freaked out and way more scared in Alien Convent then in this Romelus. And others have freaked me out way more than this movie did. I know that not everyone counts the AVP movies. But I do, I find them much more terrifying than this movie turned out. But it was still good as for an alien movie goes, it was worth the wait. The jump scare is alright, it's creepy and gory which is still good and needed. But I don't know, I kind of wish I understood where we are in the timeline but I am guessing this is somewhere after the first movie and before Aliens took place, because I know it takes place after Ripley's time with the alien they brought in, in the beginning of this movie's opening film, we do get to see the Alien that Ripley fought in Alien. However, I do wish we got to see more of it, I don't like that they didn't show it, I for one would have liked to have seen more of the First Alien from the first movie is all and seen how the station got trashed and hoped that they'd finally learn their lessons about how dangerous these things are. As for the rest of the timeline, but then the face huggers being in those little pods or whatever, it kind of reminded me of what David did in the other movie, in the ending when he was switched places with that other robot and brought huggers abord the ship, it looked like what David the robot did in convent to keep them on the ship. so, I have no clue. But it was creepy enough. But that elevator scene with it catching her with its tale was rather something else. Andy being half good and half bad was new to the plot, like a mix between good and evil. but I do like it. Not bad of a reaction. I will have to admit. Your reactions never disappoint me.
